One of them just said, 'Chalo, kund pe nahane jaate hai.!' I was like what is this place. I followed them through the narrow crowded streets. And then suddenly there I was, standing in front of 'The Mighty Shyam Kund'. . . The entrance was a master piece. Just out of curiosity I asked a nearby shopkeeper about the place. Jai Shree Shayam Majority of pilgrims who visit the Shyam Baba temple definitely visit Shyam Kund and take holy bath. As per my knowledge, from this holy pond Sheesh (head) of Barbarik was found. Shyam Kund is walking distance from main Khatushayamji temple. Note that there are many steps and for senior citizens it is very difficult to use stair to take bath.
It is a kund but you have to climb down a lot to reach the water which is actually very little.
It is a very religious place and all hindus should visit this place atleast once.
Just 100 mtrs from main temple.
Note: Toilets here are not that cleanThis Bawdi emerged after Shyamdev Ji's prachin Sheesh was discovered underneath the ground.
