We stayed for one night with the family and had a very pleasant experience overall. This hotel is an excellent option for convenience and space, though there is minor room for improvement. Key Highlights: • Arrival & Parking (A+): We were very impressed upon arrival. The staff promptly directed us to the reserved, good parking spot and professionally accompanied us to the reception area—a great touch. • Accommodation: The suite was spacious and well-designed, featuring two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with working geysers), and a large hall. The multiple balconies added to the comfort. • Attention to Detail: All amenities were present (slippers, dental kit, sewing kit, fine quality towels), and both AC units were fully functional. • Service & Food: Room service was timely, and the staff were consistently polite and friendly. The breakfast the next morning was nice. • Location: The hotel offers very convenient access to the main temple. Verdict: An excellent, highly comfortable, and hassle-free stay. We received great value for our money and recommend it, especially for families needing space. (A clear five-star rating was just missed, perhaps due to a small operational detail.)
To help you achieve a consistent 5-star rating, here are the three minor areas we noted during our stay: Noise Disturbance: One of the two bedrooms faced some significant noise disturbance during the early morning hours (approximately 5:00 AM - 6:30 AM). This may be due to service deliveries or staff operations near that specific side of the building, which impacted sleep quality in that room. Cleanliness Detail: While the suite was generally clean, we noticed a need for deeper attention to detail in certain corners and high-touch areas (e.g., behind furniture or baseboards). Connectivity: The Wi-Fi service was noticeably slow throughout the evening and morning. For travelers or business guests, faster and more reliable internet access is essential. These issues are easily rectifiable and would elevate the guest experience from "Great" to "Exceptional." We hope this feedback is helpful and look forward to seeing these small improvements on...

I booked this hotel after seeing the reviews and wondered how can if be so different. Now I realised that none of them have posted room pics andmost of those reviews are by people with just 2-3 reviews, so in all likelihood these are paid reviews.
Pics posted by the owner must be of the time when they started this hotel. Now the door handles and locks don't work so they are using 'Harrison ka taala', rooms are dirty, be prepared to be welcomed by gang of mosquitoes. We requested to provide some room freshner and mosquito repellent but they royally ignored those requests.
They charged us 4K for a filthy dirty room and didn't provide any toiletries or even drinking water. Even a lodge will provide you a jug if water but they only provided us the option to drink from the "tap".
Room was unclean to the extent that when we checked-in, there were used glasses lying in the room. Towels are dirty, washroom is dirty. There were toothpaste marks on the doormat of the washroom, some fungus sort of thing on the wooden doors, etc. Furniture was broken, fan regulator was broken.
Location is quite bad as it is deep inside, in narrow streets which are almost impossible to reach in a car. We had to call them and request to send someone to the main road to pick us up.
We had planned to stay here for 2 days but now it would be better to go to Salasar and stay in Jaipur instead of coming back here so we decided to waste our 4K instead of living in this hell.
There are several other hotels which will be far far better and much cheaper then this so called Haveli which is more like a haunted house!!!
Now few good things about the place. Food is really good. They have 2 restaurants, Barsana and Nandgaon. Barsana is closed and Nandgaon (in basement is operational). Their buffet breakfast costs ~Rs.210 per person. Staff is courteous and polite. They have a temple within the premise which gives a nice feel.
Best part is you can enjoy all these good things without taking the pain of staying in...
Read moreJai Shree Shyam! Visited this property on Ekadashi, Entire Khatoo ji was jam packed on that day! Normally we used to stay in Hotel Lakhdatar which has an exceptional customer services but due to our trip on short notice….that hotel was booked We searched for other properties and found this property…. We booked this property on telephonic conversation….During booking, we were promised for three rooms but the category of rooms was not defined….On arrival, we got two suite category rooms and one small basic room. However the tariff of the all category rooms was same which was not justified. On clarification with the hotel team, we were responded in harsh manner which denotes rude behaviour of the staff. Upon taking the small room and comprising on the situation, the AC and WC of the room was not working properly and same has been informed to the reception. The maintainence team arrived and checked the faults which were not rectified and they were forcing that these things works this way only…..They argued with my wife regarding the same which again indicates unprofessional Customer service.
Overall stay at the property was below average….please don’t go on the ratings mentioned on the Google or any other portal…
Reception staff - Requires professional training to handle the customer and settle things in a positive way
Manitainence team - Required training regarding how to deal and talk with Women… they are highly unprofessional, misbehaved
Overall Stay - below average Customer promptness - below average Food and...
