Excellent and Peaceful shrine to visit around Erode . . Worth spending about 90 mins to 120 mins . On reaching the temple, after worshipping two Vinayagar, (Must complete Nine rounds around Arasamara Vinayagar, and 18 squats - Super Brain Yoga in front of Lord Vinayaga. . Start climbing the hilly shrine. .. You can buy and offer flower /Garlands , Coconut Banana Prasaad plates Lemon & Beetlenut leaves to Lord Murugha. . On entering the shrine, on your left hand side is the office where one can buy tickets for archanai and if required for special entrance which costs ₹5- & ₹25 per person. . It's not mandatory to buy tickets ...free dharsan is also there . . Hardly takes about 10 mins to 15 mins regularly, but on time when அபிஷேகம் happens, itight take about 30 mins for having dharsan. . Come around the temple for atleast nine wish rounds before going to siddhar cave. . After dharsan, on the right side of the hilly shrine entrance is the way (Downward staircase) to SIDDHAR CAVE, where one can spend atleast 15 to 30 mins for meditation . . Very lovely n calm place to get enlightened with Lord Murugha's cosmic energy .

Back to the hilly shrine, one can have a look at the golden chariat, Have sandal n kunkum as well as one can ring once or twice the Wish Bell there. . to kick start your wish to come true. .!

Just outside the shrine is a store that sells nice Wish Ropes with Lord murugha dollars stickers , small small idols, key chains and lot more for very reasonable price . .one can even buy temple prasadan there. .

Climbing downstairs there is a small way after கடம்பன் sannidhi to take group pics ,selfies with Temple gopuram . .

Very pleasant n fullfilling feel on getting back to the vehicle, enough to recharge ourself for next one or two weeks . ..

Great place to visit . . A must visit place...

Thindal Murugan Kovil is truly a divine and spiritually uplifting place dedicated to Lord Murugan, the embodiment of wisdom, courage, and victory. The temple is situated on a small hill, giving devotees a serene atmosphere away from the noise of the city. Climbing up and having darshan itself feels like a blessing, as the cool breeze and peaceful surroundings fill the mind with positivity and devotion.

The idol of Lord Murugan here is majestic and radiates divine energy. The temple is well-maintained, with clean premises and organized darshan, allowing devotees to worship peacefully. The chanting of mantras and the sound of temple bells create an aura of spirituality that deeply touches the soul.

One of the highlights is the panoramic view from the top of the hill, which adds to the beauty and sanctity of the temple. Visiting during early mornings or evenings gives a blissful experience, especially when the temple lights shine across the city.

Festivals, particularly Thaipusam and Panguni Uthiram, are celebrated with grandeur, attracting devotees from far and wide. The spiritual vibrations during these times are indescribable and must be experienced in person.

Overall, Thindal Murugan Kovil is not just a temple but a divine destination where one feels closer to Lord Murugan. A must-visit for anyone seeking blessings, peace of mind, and spiritual...
