Excellent and Peaceful shrine to visit around Erode . . Worth spending about 90 mins to 120 mins . On reaching the temple, after worshipping two Vinayagar, (Must complete Nine rounds around Arasamara Vinayagar, and 18 squats - Super Brain Yoga in front of Lord Vinayaga. . Start climbing the hilly shrine. .. You can buy and offer flower /Garlands , Coconut Banana Prasaad plates Lemon & Beetlenut leaves to Lord Murugha. . On entering the shrine, on your left hand side is the office where one can buy tickets for archanai and if required for special entrance which costs ₹5- & ₹25 per person. . It's not mandatory to buy tickets ...free dharsan is also there . . Hardly takes about 10 mins to 15 mins regularly, but on time when அபிஷேகம் happens, itight take about 30 mins for having dharsan. . Come around the temple for atleast nine wish rounds before going to siddhar cave. . After dharsan, on the right side of the hilly shrine entrance is the way (Downward staircase) to SIDDHAR CAVE, where one can spend atleast 15 to 30 mins for meditation . . Very lovely n calm place to get enlightened with Lord Murugha's cosmic energy .
Back to the hilly shrine, one can have a look at the golden chariat, Have sandal n kunkum as well as one can ring once or twice the Wish Bell there. . to kick start your wish to come true. .!
Just outside the shrine is a store that sells nice Wish Ropes with Lord murugha dollars stickers , small small idols, key chains and lot more for very reasonable price . .one can even buy temple prasadan there. .
Climbing downstairs there is a small way after கடம்பன் sannidhi to take group pics ,selfies with Temple gopuram . .
Very pleasant n fullfilling feel on getting back to the vehicle, enough to recharge ourself for next one or two weeks . ..
