Hotel Turmeric — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

I recently dined at the restaurant of this hotel with my friends.

Ambience: The restaurant’s ambience was delightful. The cozy decor and warm lighting created a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy a meal.

Food Quality: Unfortunately, the taste of the food left much to be desired. The Mutton Biryani was downright disappointing, and the Vanilla Milkshake was equally horrendous. :(

Must-Try Dish: The English Fish and Chips were outstanding! Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.

Service Experience: Now, here’s where things took a nosedive. The dining service was subpar. Our server seemed inexperienced. He placed the biryani pot on the table and vanished without asking if we wanted it served onto our plates. A large quality hotel near Erode in Thindal. I think it's a relatively new hotel. The rooms are very large and clean. The white sheets were washed and dried to perfection and the bed comfort was great. LED TV, Coffee maker, mini bar is in the room. The toilets were clean and the bath material was of great quality. There is a pool too. Ample car parking in the basement. The only thing I found not so good is the service. The staff need to be trained properly to handle a 4 star set up. There is a veg and non veg restaurant. The ambience was great and the food was ok. Morning buffet breakfast was good. I paid 4500 per night via online booking. Hotel is nice and new but the staffs are not competent enough. Very lethargic and in their own world. I couldn’t login to my room TV internet then front desk said they will reset the password and let me know. Called once no response called twice no response and called thrice no response. I gave up and thought of taking a nap. Just with in 30mins after check-in, room service guy kept ringing the door bell and asked if we need room cleaning?
