Saravana Cafe — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Erode, Thindal, Saravana Cafe in which I had ordered 6 Barrotta parcel. Bill has been paid. Bill receipt not given to me. I waited for 45 minutes. If Barrotta is not ready or it would take long time, they never reveal to customers. Their intention is to collect money. My experience would reveal in their CCTV footage on 14.11.2021 between 8.pm to 9 pm. Even after 1 hour, I didn't receive my food. The food is tasty though slightly on the higher side. The service is sometimes a hit and miss. I wouldn’t say the restaurant is very customer oriented.

Table service is available. There are tables to seat about 10-15 people and then a couple of standing table too.

Parking maybe difficult for cars...
