Visited this place during Christmas, which is considered to be the peak time. The crowd was ok, can spend some good time around. This place has got some eateries and restaurant very adjacent to the beach. You can get freshly prepared sea food at a considerable pice. This is the best place in Pondicherry to watch the sunrise. It is also the fishermen’s spot so you’ll see many boats out in the sea and fishermen coming back to the shore to store their catch. Sometimes the smell can be unbearable but the sunrise scenes make it totally worth it.
