Moscow Boutique — Attraction in Ulhasnagar

My cousin had recommended this shop to us. But we had an HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Owner talked disrespectfully with my mother and wife on the evening of Oct 24th 2021. They are both teachers in prominent schools and never had such an experience otherwise shopping in Ulhasnagar.

Owner had the audacity to ask them to leave and come back within 30 mins as they thought we would not buy anything and went to tend to other customers. My mother who is a 55 year old lady and has trouble walking, he told her that humko takleef hoti hai, TAKLEEF HOTI HAI? they did not like the clothes you had at that time, why would they buy anything?

Do you really think a customer would come back and buy from you after having such as experience.

We were recommended to come here, I am going to tell them and other people in my circles to never visit this shop again.

They walked into Mohini Stores next door and bought clothes worth 7.5k. Not a big deal as we needed this for a family event. Mohini Stores owner was respectful and even defended Moscow boutique saying his fellow shop keeper's store is small, but that is no reason to ask customers to leave!
