Grill Inn — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Opinion: if I had read the reviews prior to visiting the place, I would not have ordered. However below is my experience. Visited grill inn located in grand Venice Mall. I ordered a couple of items and was surprised to know the item listed as footlong is not a footlong, Its half shaved 6" loaf. I was curious and wanted to complain about it. As a customer i was cheated by thinking it to be a footlong which definitely was not. Spoke to a manager Rahul who explain that I should not compare footlong with subway, ironically and to my dissatisfaction, I kept repeating footlong, by defination is a foot long loaf, why would I think it would be half of what it means. The guy did not budge, as how people tend to treat you around, I might be a customer but that is no one's concern, once money charged is when a customer is gone for a toss. Since there was no logical justification provided, I was promised that he would call back, ages now, no response. By the way, they have mentioned the menu with the tiniest posible don't size, which is misleading as well. Feeling cheated.

Taste - below average. Quantity - low. Quality - cheesy and greasy. Value for money- not worth it.

Lesson: avoid trying something new, especially where the menu would mislead you. I am for sure not a customer today, rest is...

Cashier: Naresh Venue: The grand Venice Mall Bill no. : 44196 Date: 1st Dec '24 The guy at the counter did not have a welcoming personality & was throwing things around and shutting things with intent. Once he charged my card, he literally threw the card hard onto to the counter to return it for which I had to share feedback, but hich by his expressions didn't bother him much. They skive away portions of food. For instance, a girl standing beside me complained of reduced portions as compared to earlier times- as usual with no response from the person. After 15 mins I still hadn't received my order of a Margherita pizza and shake. When asked about it, was given a head nod like it was supposed to mean something to me.

All in all, it was a pathetic experience and would never eat...

One of the worst experiences ever. Went there for the first time and it was surely my last. Order should be prepared within 15-20 mins and my order took 50 mins to prepare. The receptionist was on some dope. He wasn't doing anything. The burgers we ordered were served half cooked and cold. Even after 50 mins they gave us cold food. Totally wastage of money. The picture they show has 2 patties and veggies and what we got in the burger is one slice of tomato one slice of onion and one tikki. The other tikki is the piece of bun only.
