This mahal is well connected by public transport n you can even come by own vehicle. It is situated just 30 minutes drive from Chennai marina beach. First it is very clean n well maintained resort. The main hall is spacious which can easily accommodate 500 pax . Even the rooms r good. The dinning area can accommodate 100 pax at a time. I conducted my daughters marriage in kailash Dhana Lakshmi, injambakkam, chennai on 20 and 21 August . The wedding Hall ,dining hall and the lawn are very spacious , tastefully done. Unfortunately , the rooms are pathetically equipped . Most of the rooms are unfinished, , Acs of the rooms are almost non functional., pedestal fans are being provided only on request , no proper ventilation in bathrooms , poor onfra structure in the rooms. The overall experience with rooms was very unpleasant and I had to spend lot of time dealing with issues . I booked the hall and the rooms more than 6 months in advance under the promise that rooms will be completed soon. So one shd choose this place only if you see the rooms complete in all...
