Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets & Snacks-A2B, Corporate Office, Chennai — Attraction in Zone 7 Ambattur

This review is for your Indiranagar branch in Bangalore. Because I wrote a review 3 months ago, it is not allowing me to write another one. Hence, I am writing here since I think this is the head office. I ordered Khara Boondi yesterday and I got a packet which was packed 25 days ago. The expiry date is in Sep so you might say there is still time. So here's a challenge to you, open a packet of the khara boondi which was packed 25 days ago, taste and see how stale it feels and please feed the same thing to your children at home. When your customers can eat this, so can your family. Here's my question to your owners. Why will you pack khara boondi to last for 3 months. Are you thinking your products are taken to International Space Station by Astronauts to be consumed there ? How pathetic is your quality becoming. Not the same A2B that people know. What a shameful experience for a customer who purchases your products. The next thing you will see is a scripted response for this review saying " Dear Customer...We are extremely sorry for this experience...We will see to that this doesn't happen again "...blah blah blah. Today (3rd August, 2019) I visited (along with my family) A2B outlet beside "Chennai Silks", Hosur @ around 7 pm.

We sat down at a empty table. The waiter-Bala was totally mannerless and had no sense of customer care because he passed by us without caring for us. Bala was found taking orders from other customers but however he refused to take our order saying he needed 10 minutes. He instructed us to go for self-service. The cash-counter person made us wait for 10 minutes and he too refused to give a bill saying that the counter was for parcel-service only. I checked for the supervisor of the outlet in order to complain. One representative by the name Arvind came to us and called himself a supervisor. He said did not know English. Arvind told us that service was not available for the table where we were already seated (for the past 15 minutes). Bala was instructed by Arvind to accept our order. Bala was inturn arguing with us. We were clueless and left your outlet without having food and with utter disappointment. Websites are flooded with Customer Complaints on A2B. Today we went to A2B near to Ayanambakkam which is close to Maduravayol bridge. We order a drum stick soup and the order came after 25 min, the soup is so salty and we informed the same to the waiter He took and case back after 2 min immediately with the same soup in which they have added the hot water, this Branch is getting worse intern of service and quality of food. When the manager is called he is busy in talking with his co worker infront of us. We saw the manger how he behaved when a celebrity visited this shop few days before. I hope all customer he need to treated well interm of service and food quality. This is not the first time we are facing this issue with this branch.
