F2C Furniture Bali Superstore — Attraction in Denpasar Barat

Not a happy experience here, was looking for a new mattress and some furniture. Found a great mattress that was on sale, then I hear the sales staff that was with us mention to the person to whom she was speaking to on the phone. (The customer is a Bule (tourist) So the sale price was discarded and we were given a much higher price to my dismay 😧 Not to feel like I was being ripped off, I hunted high and low and found another mattress that had a price tag to my liking. So I said straight out, this is your advertised price, unless you a going to change the price I will take this one 😉 I got it for the advertised price and it was better and less expensive than the one she tried to sell me first. ( just saying we looked at and priced quite a few different mattress with the same response) persevere if you can. As for the furniture we bought, the cupboard was delivered and damaged. My wife rang them to tell them and the answer she got was (You should have inspected it better before you brought it) Oh I forgot to also mention that we also brought a computer desk that the sales person said, one of the workers will need to come to your house and put it together after delivery. So again my wife rang them and said it was delivered, when can we expect your worker to put it together (It needed holes personally drilled in it to put together) The sales person said usually after 4 days after you purchased it we will send someone around. Well that time has been and gone and I am reluctant to deal with them anymore. I can honestly say that I have never experienced this ever before in Bali and 99% of the time my experiences have been fantastic, except for this 1% 🤨 I hope my review will help them better in the future with customer relations and service when dealing...

worst experience of my life was getting here a set of furniture for my garden.. even that the slogan of this company is "direct from factory to your house" they send me the furniture broken and they send me the one they have in his showroom. they dont even care about what they send to you. no one check the order conditon before sending it. this give you a clue how much they care about their customers.. delivery guy call me 10 in the morning to share me location cause he was Otw. after 2 hours i try to contact him . no answer my wa text. no pick up the phone... they arrived 6 hours later. with a stupid smile on his face.. after check my order i discovered one of the legs of a chair was broken. so i returned the order to the shop . they told me they will try to fix it. nothing happen during a week no calls no info..after this i had to go 2 times to the shop cause customer service via whatsap is a joke..they dont answer they not taking care of customers to give info about how is the process going.. after 3 weeks. i went again to the shop complaining about what is happening with my order . will they fix it or not.. one of the ladies ' the one attend my in the first place" when she saw me again in the shop just laughing of me on my face . so i just tell her what she is laughing at. because im not laughing at all. and i think is not funny ... i just asked if my broken order was still there. because i want just to bring it and repaired at home by my self. after 3 weeks of no news no calls no communication.. after 20 min they bring my furnitures with one of the legs which was broken look even more broken than before.. btw it took me about 5 min to fix that leg..well avoid this place if you dont want to live a thrilling...

Thing that we're very disappointed of this place. We was shopping at the imam bonjol shop..wasn't very happy starting at the shop was staff can't even understand of our order till took so long time she has to go up and down stairs so many time because she has no clue how to do the job easy. It took us about an a while waiting which is not good at all ....we try to so polite and patient until she tell us about schedule delivery to our house which is never on Time. We always asking of time they never give right time like they think people has a no Job to just waiting them whenever they want without any great business common sense. It took them about 10 days to come and do instalation and give us even wrong items when we not ordering this item but different item. So bery disappointed, bad business I ever seen won't be recommended to other mate cz this really make me unhappy. This business need great menegement who can handling big problem that horrible for every customers. Sorry we not happy at all of this won't go back shopping or tell everyone...
