I’m an Australian Artist and felt the need to paint while in Bali. They have a lovely range of supples. The prices vary depending on what you want from Oils, Watercolour and Acrylics etc. Some are expensive some are cheaper! They have both student and professional quality. They have a table you can sit down at, if you want to sit down and look at some of their supplies. I found this handy as I needed to Google if the products I was looking at were student or professional quality. As it’s written in Indonesian it took a bit of time for me to work out what I needed. My recommendation would be to take your time choosing and read about the product first as I did. I chose a brand I hadn’t used before and I’m very happy with the high pigmentation. I don’t normally paint using watercolour, but I’m loving this product and it’s hassle free to wash paint brushes when travelling. Staff are friendly but their experience with art supplies varies. Do your own homework. I am loving their natural brushes. Beautiful to paint with. As you will see from my photos I’ve already started using the paints. I only purchased one extra white tube. Bali Artemedia Canggu, Not recommended place, I made a picture frame with very simple design and it took 10 days which was delayed 5 days from the day they have promised. They promised me many times but in fact the items were still not finished. The picture should have to be shipped and really had a tight timing with the delay they made really frustrating me. They just said that they have a full order and couldn't make the frame ready on time and ask to just return the picture and decided not doing our order which was really disappointed as I need the picture with the frame urgently. I finally waited until 10 days and got the picture installed in the frame which again not really like a professional works, really disappointing. I want to take 3 min. to give a feed to this shop. In the central main road from Kuta to Denpasar. I went there for a big couple of frames. I needed a good work as the 2 print to hang on the wall were 200 x 148 .. sothat a nice/professional job. Well: I had to come here 3 times and everytime the method + the price asked was different ... strange but true !
