SKYWORLD Indonesia "Eduwisata Antariksa" (Space & Aeronautics Edutourism) is a space and aeronautics-themed educational and recreational park. Located within the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Indonesia Indah Miniature Park) area in East Jakarta, on the former Among Putro Park (approximately 20,000 m2).
With this concept, SKYWORLD Indonesia's vision and mission are to participate in educating the next generation of the Indonesian nation, especially children (students) and the younger generation, about the world of space, aeronautics, and its technologies. This attractive presentation, alongside existing recreational facilities, aligns with the vision and mission of Taman Mini Indonesia Indah, which is oriented towards National Cultural Conservation by maximizing and proportionally accommodating local Indonesian wisdom in every possible element within the SKYWORLD Indonesia park.

Read moreWe came to skyworld at 15.27 and we were so lucky since they said that the show would be started at 15.30 but no. It started 15.37 but the show was quite amazing. We loved how they taught us about the galaxy, planets, stars etc. We were hoping the show would be longer than it was since we paid 90K. It was only a 20 minute show. After watching the show, we went to the 5D show which felt surreal for us! It was fun but my son said he was dizzy since the seat could move like a roller coaster 😂 but I loved it! Then we learned about rockets and astronaut on the other corridor. After learning about rockets and astronauts, my son swam in the mini water park. He loved it so much. We loved how the water park attendant let my son swim until 17.45 when everything was closed. All the staff there were friendly. The pool was clean, the changing room and toilet was clean too! If you had a birthday on the same month you visit, show them your ID card or kartu keluarga if you don't bring your ID. My son's entrance fee was free since it was his birthday month. I never wrote down long review like this but skyworld leaves a lovely experience in...
Read moreThere are four main areas to explore: the planetarium, 5D cinema, space education museum, and a waterplay area.
The planetarium feels outdated, like an old theater with a musty smell and poor air circulation. The projector is blurry, making it hard to see any information clearly. The narration is unclear, spoken too quickly, and lacks enthusiasm. It could benefit from a more engaging and interactive approach.
The 5D cinema is just a shaky chair simulating a roller coaster, with no connection to the theme of space. Even with the 5D glasses, the screen remains blurry. For a better experience, you’d be better off at Timezone.
The space education section is the most decent part, featuring posters about the solar system and space exploration, as well as some replicas of rockets and a mock control room.
However, we didn’t even bother with the waterplay area—it seemed out of place in a space-themed attraction.
Overall, the experience doesn’t worth the 90k ticket price. Lowering the entry to 50k might better match what’s...
