I visited this place during Eid Al-Fitr this year (2019), so my review might be quite outdated. I like the snow park itself in general; I've never experienced snow in my life before visiting this place. It was colder than I expected. I ... don't get why we must pay a lot more for other facilities, such as the snow board thingy that I don't know the name of. That's quite a turn-off for me.
But, the main reason why I took away two stars are because of the bad system when queueing for our equipments before going to the park (jackets, boots, etc.) My father, the one queueing at the time, took so long to get back to us who waited in the locker room. He already stood for so long while queueing, AND THEN he was required to listen to the employee explaining on how to use the equipments. I don't think that's effective at all.
We wasted a lot of time for that. If I may suggest an idea (and if any of the employee saw this review), this place can put a big screen with a video explaining on how to use the equipments playing on it in the queueing room, so people who were waiting for their equipments can watch the video and get to know how to use those and when they finally get them they would already understand everything and use them immediatelly.
Also there's this foreign restaurant that has two places of them operating: the ground floor, the same floor where the snow is, and the upper floor, the place with tables and chairs for eating. The thing that upsetted me the most from this is that they have the whole menu from BOTH restaurant in the upper-floor restaurant, while they only sell some. When I ordered food that I forgot the name of, after a long queue, the staff from the upper-floor restaurant said I couldn't order this food here and I need to get to the other restaurant on the first floor. I was already cold and waited for some time and that was what I got...
I mean, if they still wanted to separate the restaurants why don't they separate the menu too?! People would be bewildered and upset. Hhhhh. I don't know whether these systems have changed from two months ago. I hope they changed it to better direction.
Still, the snow part is cool (pun intended), and after visiting this place, now I know that snow isn't as fun as Western movies show us. No matter how warm you've dressed, in the end you'd get cold too because of how physics works, anyway. But it's nice to experience snow. :)
Sorry for my bad English, I reviewed this in English in case there are foreigners who want to visit...

Gila ga? Padahal anak bayi saya juga belum ngerti main salju. Dikasih waktu main cuman 2 jam, kayaknya sih terhitung sejak jam timer dipakai. Jadi mungkin sebaiknya jangan langsung dipakai ketika baru menerima jamnya. What?
Jika memang pas high season, jangan datang sebelum jam 12, karena semua mungkin berpikiran sama seperti saya, datang cepat biar ga terlalu rame, eh ternyata malah rame banget.
Read moreThe place is great. There’s a lot of activities you can do here. Like skiing, sliding, hiking, and hop on the moving chair so you could look around the area. The place is cold enough especially when you don’t do a lot of activities. But if you do activities like skiing and hiking, you’d probably not feeling too cold (unless you fall and your face hit the ground ice😂). The ticket entrance on weekday is IDR 200k and IDR 270k on weekend. That’s for 2 hours of playing in the arena, you get a charge if you stay in the arena pass your time. Boot and sock included in the ticket entrance. The place is crowded on weekday considering it was just opened a couple days ago. Can’t imagine it on weekend😓. I think it’s worth the try, just so you can feel a snow sensation in this tropical country. There’s a rental for property to play in this arena like tires and board to go sliding and a skiing property. The price for the board is IDR 30k, IDR 100k for the skiing stuff and I forget the rest. You could googled it ;). You could have them until your time in the arena is up. That’s pretty much that I could tell you, hope it would...
