Mixue ice cream shop Taman Griya — Attraction in Kuta Selatan

This is the fourth time I’ve had a terrible experience at this Mixue, and this time, I’ve had enough it’s why I’m writing this review.

The first time, I parked my car by myself in a crowded area while the parking attendant was busy playing on his phone, sitting around doing nothing. He saw me but didn’t bother to help. When I returned to my car, he had the nerve to ask for money. At that point, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

But the second and third times? Same story. He didn’t help, didn’t do anything, but still expected to be paid. I refused because clearly, he’s just money-hungry without doing any actual work.

Today, the fourth time, was the last straw. He completely ruined my mood to shop. First, he made me turn my car on and off three times because he didn’t properly guide me while parking. He said, “Stop here, step forward,” but didn’t even bother to check the surrounding vehicles or situation. Once I turned off my car, he told me to move it again. So I started the engine and moved as requested. After I finally parked and was about to go inside the store, he asked me to move it yet again!

That was it for me. I told him I wasn’t shopping anymore because I was done with his nonsense.

People like this shouldn’t have this job—it’s clear they don’t understand how hard it is to earn a living. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I sincerely hope this person gets...

There's not much that I ask of from an Ice Cream cafe...

Cold A/C Fast WiFi Vanilla and or Chocolate ice cream available when ordering

....it amazes me that 2 out of these 3 things is a constant problem at this location.

There is a 4th but that has more to do with the young staff treating the sound system like it's a Night Club! Play it as loud as you want at closing but at 4pm in the afternoon it's a little early for a full on James Hype EDM Tomorrowland experience. Learn your system and realize that the speakers downstairs are connected to the speakers upstairs.

Better Management is required here. Act fast before everyone else goes to the knockoff competition 50M down the...

The staff who take care parking is so ridiculous this guy not even help me for find the parking he just sit and then when i went inside the staff tell me about boba finish then i went out to go back the guy come to me and asking for parking fee. Even i park to the next shop not even in front of mixue and it only not 1...
