Booked last minute at 7 PM to fill in our 1 day stay at lembongan for a 7 AM dive followed by 15 minutes canoeing in the mangrove. Beware that there is no gojek and only overpriced pickup trucks and motorcycle rental in lembongan. None of us can ride the motorcycle and luckily for 350k it is inclusive of pickup from hotel and drop off. They arrived on time, promised the whole activity will be over at 12 and they kept their promise. It was only a few hours but it felt like a whole day and we had plenty of time before our ship back to bali
We had 3 snorkelling spots with our guide and the boat captain offered to go further to manta point last minute because we found no mantas in manta bay. We got the mantas, then went to crystal bay, and finally mangrove point. For 300k you can also have all the photos from their really good gopro photographer. You also will get your snorkelling gears, just bring extra towel because you will only get 1 towel, and will have to dry yourself with salty towel after everything. The magrove canoeing add on is extra 100k for 25 minutes. In some places you can get 1 hour for 125k but unless you have a transportation it's not worth it, just take the bundle and return home to hotel safely with them.
Also worth noting I'm a very beginner and it's my first snorkel. I can swim in pools but the sea is something else. They provide life jacket for inexperienced swimmers and if you never swim in the sea before just take it now and you can take it off later if you're confident. Lembongan watersport succeed in introducing me to snorkelling in a memorable way, I had a very good first impression on snorkelling with them and now it's probably one of my...

Everything was on point (in time, professionally conducted and as promised). Pick up from the beach, a short boat ride to Nusa Lembongan, drinks/coffee and equipment with instructions were handed out.
We went to Manta Bay first, but there where no Mantas to be found. The guide promptly asked if we were OK with going further to the south side of Nusa Penida, to Manta Point, a more challenging site, deeper water and less sheltered. There we saw many majestic Mantas close up.
My wife and some other in the group were uncomfortable swimming in the open deeper sea, so one guide with a life ring coached them along the site to make sure they too got to see the Mantas.
The two following (Chrystal Bay, Gamat Bay) sites were equally nice with lots of beautiful and colored fish.
We even saw a (rare) Mola Mola (sun fish) from our boat!
Other guides where diving and taking footage of the Mantas, the snorkelers among all the colored fish, and corals at the bottom ... Strangely enough, the never pushed to sell the photos and video. Just showed it during lunch ..
The tour never felt rushed and a hearty (Indonesian) lunch in the mangroves of Lembongan gave us a relaxing hour before kayaking (some) in the mangroves.
Couldn't have hoped for a better...
Read moreYou should not use the service with "Viator" if you want to save the money.
Wrong information is written on the tour page even now. No refund from this company and Viator any reason is there though.
I have explained many times to this company with below picture, What "What's included" mean on the tour page? but they can't answer the meaning of "included" with logical words.
I was also insulted and it says asking to "Viator",don't care about that.
If we take part in some tour in this company from Bali main island, we will be claimed 450,000IDR a perpon except for tour fee although no information on the page.
And if we refuse to pay money they will deny to refund. We spend the money more than information, be careful.
As we can see their reply, this company never mentions to "What's included" on the tour page even written "Hotel transfers from Bali Mainland for package starting from Bali (07.30)".
This is the quality of this company.
One more thing if we post the review on Google map, they open personal information. We must consider to pass that information when booking some tour.
It is the customer who judges whether the information is correct, not...
