I gave it five stars because I'm trying to be kind and appreciate all the workers there.
However, there were some areas for improvement at this place. Firstly, I greatly appreciated the shuttle car that drove us from the parking lot. The distance to the place was considerably too short for a vehicle, yet a bit too far by foot.
In a nutshell, this is just a restaurant with a secondary tenant, but you have to pay a bit less than 2 USD just to get in. It is a bit overpriced even if it is considered a shuttle fee. It is arguably too small to be considered a park, hence the entry fees.
All the standing staff were so nice from the get-go. However, the waiters and servers were not very sprightly.
Here are some points to be noted:
They got our orders wrong a couple of times. The tea was so bitter that we had to ask for more sugar, but it didn't solve the taste. We asked for less ice, but they barely gave a single ice cube. 3a. My particular drink was not even. The server delivered my drink along with a couple of others that belonged to other guests, but it was exactly the same item. I only had a half glass, and the other half was foam. However, the server was so nice that they were willing to revise my order. They left a lot of tables messy, making it difficult for us to take a seat, and did not clean the tables thoroughly. We had to move several times because the rain came into our tables, and the servers were too busy for us to give them notice for our change. Hence, they delivered our orders to the wrong tables. There were also flies flying around while we were eating. We were asked to pay the bill before we finished our incomplete dish, which was done nicely. The price was fair for me, actually, if the concept place was considered luxury, or at least medium-end. But with this kind of cleanliness, ambiance, and service, unfortunately, it did not even fulfill my starve and satisfy my palette. It seems that they were understaffed, but I also saw that they were filled with staff as well.
I am not trying to be bitter at all. However, I have tried all HEHA places (ocean view, sky view, and forest) and have never been satisfied. I'm not disappointed, but I'm not satisfied either. This place has good potential for those who like this kind of place as a family, but I would not recommend...

Their main attraction is moon-like ball, hanging in the middle of the park, and supposed to be good pic-capturing during night. Unfortunately, we’re visiting on daylight. Beside the restaurant, there are rabbit-feeding area for kids and merchandise store located in the exit gate. There are 2 small room (musholla) for prayer. The parking lot is located in different area, where they provide free shuttle-car to reach the place from the parking lot. It was recommended to visit this place during night, then you can enjoy the lights effects in this playground. Local music performances with keyboard & guitar with the some familiar songs will invite you to sing along with them. They also provide Jeep-Adventure (car rental with driver) that can take you to see Mount Merapi area closer. Better to make reservations in advance. It’s recommended to visit this in the afternoon time, spending time for chatting, relaxing or reading, while waiting...
