Solo Summerland Waterpark Tirtamas Jebres — Attraction in Surakarta

I am from the UK my family and I visited Waterpark and I appreciate that some areas of this water park is still under construction.

My concerns will be based in three parts the first part will be Health and Safety the second part will be my Concerns and the third part will be Observations.

Part 1: Gated entrance rail is raised and is in my view unsafe for motorbikes to go over as I almost came off my bike.

Part 2: I am very concerned that you have staff members that are going round taking photographs of the visitors to the water park, the explanation that was given was they had been instructed by the owner to do this ( if this is true or not I do-not know) bearing in mind that the visitors are mostly families.

Part 3: my observations are that there does not appear to be any signage with regards the depth of the water level in any of the pools.

Regarding the children's water slides some of them do not appear to function correctly even if one is wearing a swimming costume I also noted that this has been mentioned in previous reviews and the reply that came back was where a swimming costume sadly wear a nice swimming costume did not work.

Regarding the ground floor tea and food kiosks the tea did not appear to be fresh tea it appeared to be tea that had been made...

I don't know why people giving it 1★/2★. It actually doesn't worth a 5★ as well but as it is new, I am giving it a full 5★. The changing facilities are good, you can put your things in a locker as well. There is a section for only the babies. All the slides are working. For those who can't slide well or had to stop, there is a trick. You just need to push yourself while starting. It was smooth for me 90% of the time. If you know how to enjoy it, you can make the full out of almost anything.

Another complaint was that the behavior of the staff is not good. As I am a foreigner here, in the first place the security guy has started talking to me in Javanese. I am lucky that I know some Javanese that's why I could have a conversation with them. Anyway, it didn't seem to me that their behavior is not okay.

The water becomes dirty with time. But it is because we go to the slides barefoot and the debris eventually mixes with the water. This is completely normal and the management has actually nothing to do here.

Tempat parkir motor tdk ada kanopinya, jadi cenderung panas. . . Tidak dikasi penutup kardus jg utk jog.. jadi buat yg berkunjung naik motor, mending jognya ditutup pake jaket ato apalah, soalnya dari pada anda selesai renang, pas pulang bokong anda maknyasss... 🙊😂😅

Tempat parkir mobil ada, lumayan...

Tiket masuk orang dewasa 50rb per orang (week end). Kalo hari biasa nggak tau berapa.. Pas ke sini kemarin dapat diskon 20persen.. lumayan... 😀

Pelayanan lumayan..

Sewa ban utk yg single 10rb yg doble 15rb..

Sewa kunci locker, gratis.. hanya ninggal KTP ato SIM... Penyimpanan barang (loker) disebelah mushola.. Musholanya jg bagus, cos jg masih baru..

Tempat lokasi area nya lumayan bagus, ada taman2 (rerumputan yg bagus) dan pohon2.. mungkin perlu ditambah lagi supaya idum.. soalnya panas.. dan kalo jalan di pavingnya pas kalo panas terik siang, telapak kaki auto mlocot... Hehehe.. Kalo jalan lewat rumput sayang rumputnya kalo diijak2, dan memang tdk boleh menginjak rumput supaya tidak rusak...

Ada gazebo2 eksklusif (sewa) di tengah2 dan bagus, cocok utk keluarga, dan bagus.. tapi biaya sewanya 100rb per 3jam.. 🤣

Kalo yg tdk sewa ya duduk di tenda ato payung2 itu.. lumayan nyaman dan masih bagus2..

Kolam renangnya cenderung utk anak2 dan remaja.. dengan wahana perosotan (seluncuran), baik yg pake ban ato yg body slide (nggak pake ban).. hanya saja minusnya, yg body slide ada yg lintasan tertentu dia nggak jalan (seret), entah pake baju renang atopun telanjang dada.. mungkin perlu didesign ulang konstruksinya utk yg lintasan tertentu yg nggak jalan itu.. entah dibikin kemiringannya ditambah tegak ato gimana... Kedalaman kolam 85cm... Dan jalur kolam ada sungai yg muter itu, asik utk menyusuri pake ban, cos aliran airnya jg lumayan.. mirip kayak dipandawa solobaru, hanya alirannya lebih deras..

Utk yg kolam renang anak2 lumayan bagus dan saya pikir anak2 auto suka itu dengan wahana dan mainan airnya...

Cenderung semuanya masih baru dan bagus..

Utk kolam renang yg dalam yg buat dewasa, masih dalam tahap pembangunan di sebelah timurnya kolam renang anak2.. nggak tahu jadinya kapan nanti, penasaran dengan jadinya dan mungkin akan ke sini lagi kalo uda jadi..

Minuman beli es teh 5rb per cup. Saya beli teh tawar ee jg 5rb per cup.. 🤦🤪 (pikir saya es teh itu ada gula sama es nya ya, mosok teh tawar yg nggak pake gula dan nggak pake es, harganya jg 5rb..) 😅

Beli gorengan harganya 3rb per pcs, waktu itu bawa uang 30rb pas ke tenan yg jual makanan itu, es teh dan teh tawar 10rb. Masih 20rb, pikir saya gorengannya mbok 20rb dikasi 7 gitu (diskon seribu) eee, auto maksa cuman dapat 6pcs kembali 2rb... 🤦🤦🤦 Giliran saya sempet lihat pamflet daftar harga laminating yg terselip dan tertutupi itu, di sana tertulis gorengan 3rb per pcs, sementara 10rb dpt 4pcs... Hahaha.. (nggak ngerti dech gua)... 🙈🙊🤪

Utk kamar mandi, tempat bilas dan ganti, banyak, bagus dan cenderung masih baru2 semua.. lumayan..

Overall bagus, lumayan dan perlu ditingkatkan lg seperti pembangunan kolam renang dewasa dan tempat makan minum. Dan harga yg bersahabat.. supaya menarik...
