Floating Market Lembang has exceeded all my expectations and left me utterly amazed by its diverse range of attractions and photo-worthy spots. At first glance, I thought it might be just another average place, but I couldn't have been more wrong! The sheer size of Floating Market Lembang is impressive, offering a plethora of attractions that cater to visitors of all ages and interests. Whether you're an adventure seeker or a photography enthusiast, this place has something exciting in store for everyone. Plus, exchanging money to tokens through your card makes transactions easy and convenient, allowing you to focus on enjoying the various activities without the hassle of handling cash. The variety of Instagram-worthy spots throughout the market is a real treat for photography enthusiasts. The charming scenery, unique architecture, and colorful decorations make every corner of the market a potential backdrop for memorable photos. As for the food, Floating Market Lembang does not disappoint. The mie kocok, in particular, was a delightful choice that satisfied my taste buds. Moreover, the experience of dining on tables that are actually floating adds an exciting touch to the overall ambiance. You can feel the gentle movement beneath you, making it a truly unique and enjoyable dining experience. However, one aspect that needs improvement at Floating Market Lembang is the condition of the musholla (prayer room). During my visit, I was disappointed to find the prayer mats dirty and emitting an unpleasant smell. For a place that caters to many guests and charges an entrance fee, maintaining the cleanliness of the prayer room should be a priority. I hope the management takes note of this and ensures regular cleaning and maintenance for the convenience of all visitors. On a more positive note, I appreciate that the market offers complimentary drinks, adding a thoughtful touch to the overall experience. It's a nice gesture that shows the management's consideration for the comfort of their guests. The availability of complimentary drinks certainly adds value to the visit and makes it even more enjoyable.

A Must-Visit Destination in Lembang – Floating Market I recently visited Floating Market Lembang, and it was an amazing experience! This place perfectly combines the beauty of nature with unique cultural and culinary attractions. The fresh mountain air and lush greenery make it a great escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. One of the highlights is, of course, the floating market itself. Unlike traditional markets, here you can buy delicious local foods and snacks directly from boats floating on the water. The payment system using special tokens adds a fun and organized touch to the experience. The variety of food is incredible – from traditional Indonesian dishes like batagor, tahu susu, and nasi timbel to sweet treats like pisang coklat. Beyond food, there are plenty of activities for families and kids, such as boat rides, mini farms, feeding rabbits and birds, and even costume rentals for fun photo sessions. The well-maintained gardens and colorful scenery make every corner of the market Instagram-worthy. The entrance fee is reasonable, and it includes a welcome drink, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly, and the entire place is clean and well-organized. Overall, Floating Market Lembang is a must-visit for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun experience. Whether you’re a food lover, nature enthusiast, or just looking for a great place to unwind, this place has something for everyone. Highly recommended!

It was my first time come to floating market. If you come and use google maps, it'll show you through the main road. Sadly, when you want to go back to hotel or wherever you are you can't use the same road they'll show you another way to go out. 🥲 Now let's talk about other things : 1. Parking & Price : Ok, first you arrive at the front gate, there's a 2 people with vest telling you to pay the ticket for a person and the transportation. If I'm not mistaken 2 People & 1 Motorcycle cost 30K rupiah, you can pay with cash or cashless (GoPay) and they will give you ticket with benefits (trade the ticket for a free coffee) 2. Location, it's indeed a floating market in the middle of the lake there's a lot of food stalls, so all of the seller sit on the boat and the consumer sit in the this tiny wooden table for kindergarten on the other way, a little too small for my liking it's hard to walk when it's crowded. Ok, alongside before you choose to eat there's few fun games such as VR, Duck boat, handicraft, Japanese photo book. On the other side there's a hill, there's a game called rainbow slide, little zoo and train simulator and flower garden. 3. Price, okay when you buy food you must trade your money with this token with 5,10,20,50K. You can buy your token with cash or gopay, but remember you must spent all of it because you can't returned it. The price range start with 5K for drink such as Pucuk Harum & Mineral water and the food start from 10K to 40K quite reasonable. For overall the situation were great but I think it's still lack of toilet and when I go there, there's a maintenance or something so it's a bit dirty. Ah and only a few place for shade.

Floating Market Lembang (FML) is quite far from the city. It could be reached by motorcycle, cars, and bus (even the big ones could fit in their huge parking lot). The place had great overwhelming view (it was raining at the time I visited). The lake looked stunning at night with lamps around it. FML is a great place to bring the whole families. The fact that this place offered various activities that all age could enjoy was a great plus. Please be cautious that this place is not a "No Smoking" area. I arrived at afternoon, got a free drink once buying the entry ticket. Then exchanged money (rupiahs) to tokens. At this place, we could buy and rent anything only with tokens. I ordered various foods, Pisang Keju, Rujak Buah, Tempe Mendoan, and Bakso. All of them were nice and affordable. The (only) down side of this place was the motorcycle parking lot. It was raining hard shortly after I arrived till the evening. When I went to the parking lot at the evening, it was covered with floods to my knees. It was surely an awful (and unforgettable) experience, to reach the exit gate with wet clothes and wear them till I reached the hotel I stayed. The management should renovate the parking lot or the visitors riding motorcycle should only visit at sunny days.

Floating Market is a big place with water and boats as its main attraction. The food was set on a bridge whereby boats are placed ashore connected along the bridge. Among the many food places, we had to swap our money to local coins first (Warning: IT'S NOT REFUNDABABLE). Then you can buy on any of its food-boats or any stores around the area. Food price ranges around 20-35k, quite affordable for family or groups of friends coming to share different types of dishes. We had Lotek, Tongseng sapi, Bihun Goreng, Kebab, and Rabbit Satay as our main meal for 4 adults and 1 child. And we swap our free drink souvenirs as a replacement for our 20k entry ticket (Paid as you enter the Floating Market). Cost and price wise, you pay 20k at the front gate to redeem your free drink. You pay for each entry ticket to any amusement you want to enter (ie. Train Miniature is 20k, Rabbit Feeding 20k, Food for the fishes and ducks 5k, Carrot for Sheep 5k / if I'm not wrong). We did not try the boats or the water tricycle since we wanted to spend more time at Kota Mini (check my review for Kota Mini). Overall review 4*. It is a perfect place for family vacation. I heard it is overly crowded during holiday season. But we got it fairly okay on a normal Saturday.

The place is meat and spacious. There are so many vivid plants that beautify the whole area and make the photo spots interesting. At first I thought Floating market means we need to boat around to the food area, it turns out the food stalls are on floating boats and are all parked at certain area 😅 To purchase the food, you need to convert rupiah money to coins (with 10% fee). The coins you have owned cannot be refunded. So convert wisely. The food are quite varied like Satay, Tongseng, Cheese Bread, Batagor Bandung, Mie Jawa, Fries, Cuanki, Fresh Milk, Cendol, and many more. The price is around 10K to 30K. The entrance ticket (they call it voucher) can be swapped with cold drinks--there are some spots for this. I regretted using the coins for drinks (if only I knew earlier) 😅 There are some kids area (Kota Mini--need another payment.. It's cheaper to buy its bundling ticket if you are interested to visit this area), souvenirs spots, and you can also purchase to ride the boat (small boat or pirate boat (Kapal Naga, they called). Entrance ticket for floating Market is 35K per person. Bundling ticket for Floating Market and Kota Mini is 50K per person. *exclude parking fee
