It is 2 weeks I am trying to apply for a M -type visa which I have all the documents ready, and I have failed because they have closed appointment for regular people without giving a public announcement. The most annoying thing the employees on the phone which they speak in very rude manner with short and insulting answers. Once I called the consulate a woman took the phone and I asked "how long should I wait for this? My attendance date is on 6th May and I am failing to get a visa for it?". She simply answered in a very rude way "wait longer". Just like that, no hello, no sorry, no sir, no good bye and just hanged up the phone. Disgusting service and horrible attitude. Spent one of the most sickening 3 hours of my life in this building. The guards keep insulting and cussing the visitors, no matter if they are a 70-year-old lady, a 20-year-old student or a government official. It felt like they have a mental sickness and they have refuged there to use their diplomatic authority to humiliate other human beings and satisfy their sadistic desires. The Iranian staff who work there don't even bother talk to you or even look to your face, let alone saying hi.
