This museum houses the personal items of Dr. Mahmoud Hessabi, a prominent Iranian scientist. The collection is on the third floor. As you enter, there is guide who very well explains the details of the items thoroughly. The corridor is very narrow and having more than 5 people at a time will make it difficult to navigate easily. The building does not have proper guidance unfortunately. The space is huge but only one chamber is used and the other areas are not marked. You feel slightly lost at first.

here i will be ready to give 5☆! Staff good in Service, drink and food delicious, also decorated. A plus here is the location. The place is famous, if weather colder have super warm heater there. If raining can sit inside in warm feeling also. if sunny can enjoy the view outside well. the water was half inside, but like full. All in all its very nearly a perfect mix of everything. The guests inside the center of management and the quality of tea and food is famous. thanks! 5☆

پس از مرگ محمود حسابی ، فیزیک‌دان شهیر ایرانی، در سال ۱۳۷۱ در محل خانهٔ او ایجاد شد. این موزه که در آن وسایل شخصی، مدارک علمی و تحصیلی، نشان‌ها و تقدیر نامه‌ها و عکس‌های قدیمی محمود حسابی به نمایش گذاشته شده‌اند در خیابان مقصودبیک قرار دارد[۱] که در گذشته چهارراه حسابی نامیده می‌شد.[۲] بنای ساختمان موزه در سال ۱۳۱۰ ساخته شده و موزه در طبقهٔ سوم این بنا قرار دارد.[۱] علاوه بر خود بنا که قدمت زیادی دارد و وسایل دکتر حسابی که در این موزه به نمایش گذاشته شده، این مکان تا حدی نمایشگر نحوهٔ زندگی دکتر حسابی نیز هست؛ از جمله، در این موزه می‌توان تغییراتی که حسابی در منزل داده تا زندگی برای همسر کم‌بینایش آسان‌تر شود، یا نحوهٔ استفاده دوبارهٔ وی از وسایل خراب را دید.[۳] مدیریت این موزه به عهده ایرج حسابی است[۴] که فرزند محمود حسابی است.[۵] موزه دکتر حسابی دو بخش فعال دارد:[۲] بخش فرهنگی که وظیفه چاپ و نشر آثار محمود حسابی را بر عهده دارد و بخش علمی که دربارهٔ زندگی و تحقیقات علمی حسابی فعالیت می‌کند. در سال ۱۳۸۸ مدیریت موزه اعلام کرد که سالانه ۱۰۰ پروژه دبیرستانی و ۲۰۰ تا ۳۰۰ پروژه دانشگاهی در این موزه انجام می‌شود.[۶]

The Dr. Hesabi Museum is a beautiful house with a lovely garden in northern Tehran, a place where unfortunately many gardens have been turned into towers. This garden house is very valuable. By visiting this museum, one can get to know Professor Hesabi, this great man, better.

یادگاری از استاد عشق... این خانه موزه‌ی دیدنی که در منطقه‌‌ای خوش آب و هوا در دل شمیران نگین تهران قرار دارد، یادگاریست از استاد نامدار و ماندگار زنده‌یاد دکتر حسابی که توسط فرزندان ایشان اداره می‌شود. در بیشتر مواقع نیاز به هماهنگی قبلی برای بازدید است. آنچه که در این مکان خواهیم دید، گوشه‌هایی از زندگی با برکت مردیست که عشق به وطن و خدمت به مردمان ایران داشت. از سرگذشت ایشان از دوران کودکی تا به هنگام مرگشان، در این موزه روایت هست و اشیای مختلف با حکایت‌های جالب و بیادماندنی...از ترسیم اولین نقشه راه‌های کشور تا وسایل زندگی و ... فرصت بازدید از این یادگار را از دست ندهید. آرامگاه دکتر حسابی در شهر تفرش در جوار مادربزرگشان قرار دارد. سراغ این خانه موزه را در به نشانی تهران، تجریش، خیابان مقصود بیک (دربندی)، چهارراه حسابی، خیابان حسابی، شماره۴۷ بگیرید.
