The Rebel City Distillery at its finest can be described as absolutely outstanding! In essence its a boutique vanguard! A miniature ideal paving its way into the big bad world of alcohol! Although, being such a unique and valued member of the Gin World its paved its way through may obstacles all the way to where it is now! And lets say it was a tough journey! The whole team should be so ever proud of themselves, placing themselves on the map! Unique, Outstanding, Thriving, Superb and Delectable are some of the many words i can use to describe how truly amazing their products are! In addition! They produce the one and only Irish ABSINTHE. Located in the heart of Cork City!! Working out of a miniature distillery, working day and night to produce what they do best! As well as that they give you a whole tour of what they do best! Describing in extreme detail their works, you can see the second you enter that the whole team loves RCD with a passion! I had such a wonderful pleasure of being one of their guests! Ash was truly amazing at everything! From such a warm welcome, to the shear vast well of knowledge of their products! To say i was stunned and amazed would be a true understatement! Truly amazing! Inspiring! Innovative! And exciting! And to speak of the cocktail masterclass would be a sin not to express how much of an experience it is! Truly AMAZING! For any fanatic of Gin, Absinthe or any mixologist or bar person! The whole organisation is a well of knowledge!!!! Ash has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Through knowledge, experience and humour, i do not possess words to describe how much of a valued entity she is! I cannot sing their praises high enough! Absolutely recommend this place for everyone and any one!! Its an out of this world...
