For those whose mobility is restricted there is a tarmac road that leads you from the Upper Glen road, down to the Glen pond and around to the Carpark beside Mount Sackville gate and the recently revamped tourist information office. I have found that occasionally after it has rained this road can be a bit slippy so bear this in mind. For everyone else there loads of tracks & trails throught the forest. Read moreI was kicked out for fishing in the pond when there is clearly no signs at the pond that say no fishing also when I checked the bye laws in the park at the chapolozod entrance there was nothing about fishing in those either, we told the park ranger that stopped us and explained to him we wore simply catching the fish an releasing them straight away but wore told to get out of the park or the police would be called so just to save us the hassle we left,just putting this out there incase anybody was thinking of fishing down there don't waste...
