I was extremely excited to try Park Lane as I had heard nothing but good reviews, but I was hugely disappointed. Firstly, the member of staff who took my order was beyond rude asking, “Did you not look at the menu,” when I asked what toppings were available on the acai. I found him to be extremely disrespectful and he made me feel completely inept. Secondly, despite the acai being nice (6/10) and the coffee being average (5/10), the exterior of the coffee cup as shown below was absolutely filthy. Further to this, once I had finished drinking the very average coffee I opened the lid and was shocked to see the inside. I can’t confirm if this was a bug, insect or mould but I am sure this shouldn’t have been inside any coffee cup. I can only describe my reaction as pure disgust and this ruined my appetite and humour for the remainder of the day. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Would not recommend.

Had tried acai around dublin and I must say this is the best acai and tastes real authentic. Hopefully they will never change their recipe or supplier as I know acai places blend acai with other ingredients which can hide the real taste of açai. Came here a few times and parking is a nightmare on the main street. Parking in phoenix park and walking down 10mins is the best in my opinion. This place can be very busy at peak hours. Staff are so friendly here and work really hard. I've never had to wait too long for my orders. Very efficient queuing system when it gets busy. Pastrami sandwich was divine and just what I needed a cold day! This place also do baked goods, there's something for everyone.

Great time at #ParkLaneDeli. It's always great to meet with friends, even greater when we can celebrate their success. Park Lane Deli is a cosy and lovely place beside Phoenix Park in a wonderful neighbourhood. A place given so much love that we can feel it. ♥️♥️ Thanks so much for sharing your love with us Mike & Fernanda, wishing you all the best in your new venture! 🚀🚀 #phoenixpark #dublin #love #lovedublin #dogfriendly

I’ve been a regular customer of this cafe for some time, but after my experience this morning, I won’t be returning. I purchased two coffees and politely asked to use the toilet. The owner looked down on me and told me the toilets were broken. I explained I really needed to go, and only then did he reluctantly say, “Okay, go on then.”

To my surprise, the toilets were perfectly clean and fully functional. When I returned to let him know they were working fine, he simply glared at me and said nothing. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and disrespectful.

It’s really disappointing to be treated like that, especially as a loyal customer. A bit of basic courtesy and honesty goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was...
