I do not recommend for visiting with children. My son and I visited ice peaks Holon early in September and unfortunately, we got only a waste of time, money and a terrible experience. We arrived early, as stated in the message from Ice Peaks Holon. Since my son is still small, he needed an assistant skater (device for kids). When I bought tickets (we would have taken them at the corner of the counter and did not see all the advertisements), no one told us that we had to pay for it. Everyone saw that I was with a small child and it was clear that he needed an assistant. We stood in a long line at the entrance to the rink, and when we asked for an assistant skater, the personal informed us that we had to go back and pay for it. We went to the cashier, stood in line again, and the cashier refused us payment, because no assistants available. In the end, we went to the skating rink without assistant, it was terrible when my son does not skate, constantly fell, and there was a huge crowd of people behind us who couldn't get through. We returned and told the administrator about that situation; as a result, while she listened to us, she only apologized, and proposed that we be included in the waiting list. The time was just 10 minutes before the end of the session. It looked more like a mockery. Nobody told us about the existence waiting list before speaking with the administrator. Of course, we did not get an assistant. As a result, from the entire session, despite the fact that we arrived in advance, we waited a lot of time in lines, and then we waited for an assistant and spent one round of torment with a child who does not skate. My son cried after this visit to the ice rink. What for did I pay 150 shekels? It was the most terrible experience with my child. Lack coordination of personnel between each other, no proper assistance of visitors, and absolutely no care about children.
