We have now enjoyed the experience “tasting with the producer” two times at Pietraluce, Franciacorta. Besides the picturesque location of the winery, we have also benefited from Marika’s strong local knowledge and insight into the complex production of sparkling wine. Her passion for this unique area and for the wine is obvious, and we learned many interesting details about the entire process from planting the vine to serving the final product. Abbiamo scoperto questa piccola e giovane realtà vitivinicola durante il festival della Franciacorta, puristi dello Chardonnay. La famiglia Savoldi ci ha accolto in un piccolo spazio molto curato per degustare i loro prodotti, molto interessanti. Marco ti spiega con passione e amore il proprio lavoro, tutti i vini assaggiati erano ottimi ognuno con un suo carattere. Annata 2019 top acidità presente ma non fastidiosa è perlage molto fine e non invadente, il 2020 una bella scoperta un non satén con delle belle note di pasticceria ed una cremositá avvolgente . Il 2021 anche se ancora giovane di sboccatura, le sue note leggermente verdi risultano molto integrate e per niente fastidiose che può solo migliorare. Consiglio vivamente la cantina e sicuramente...
