Cantine Naturali Torboli — Attraction in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Looked like noone was home but we called the number on the note and got connected with the manager for a wine tasting or two within minutes.

She was super accommodating, giving us choice between a number of reds and whites (we did one of each, including a local red variety). During the course of the tasting, snack included, we commented on their superb range of liqueurs. Turns out they're all made there as well, and with nary a hesitation she offered tastings of them as well. She even went to the length of opening a brand new bottle of one of them to help our tastebuds out.

Everything we had was delectable, the wines are organic and sulphite free, the winery going for a more natural approach to winemaking. The liqueurs were excellent too, with both the cream-based and regular liqueurs shining. Special shout out to the bombardino which is a perfect winter party starter (think a fun version of eggnog).
