Don't go to this place as they have faulty equipment and don't close the routes because of this. My son received a neck wound because of the rope (see photos and video). We followed the given security instructions, used two carabiners and were near the child. The person who claimed to be in charge said that he wasn't sorry and didn't think there was any fault of the facility, but said "it's a shame your child got this wound". He also implied that it could be our fault as parents that we let the child use the equipment. He said he we can address his insurance company, but for me the point is not to get money for medical expenses, but to make sure other parents avoid this place. I also asked him what he's planning to do to make sure it doesn't happen again, to which he said that it's normal that a child in 1000 gets injured, nothing to be done about it. He definitely hasn't expressed any intention to fix the mechanism which allowed for...

There is broken equipment leading to kids injuries and they don't care. On the attached video you can see the sloppy rope that was slicing the throat of my son. I went with my kids to this place, I listened carefully and followed all the instructions they gave before the beginning. On one of the routes the cord didn't retract automatically, so it burned neck of my son when he started sliding down. The owner didn't care at all and literally said "if 1 of 1000 kids gets injured it's ok". No apologies, no sympathy, no help from them. They didn't even have any adequate first aid kit to offer, the only thing they had is the worst quality coin sized alcohol napkin that was...

Parco molto consigliato e apprezzato.

He definitely hasn't expressed any intention to fix the mechanism which allowed for the loose rope.

Parco bellissimo! Organizzato molto bene e tutti simpaticissssssimi!
