Worth a visit to all people loving history. The discoveries hosted here testify one of the most important yet controversial part of the Italian history, demonstrating the bizantine empire being part of this territory. Nice pictures can be taken from the view top tower.

Fabulous place to visit mapping the local history of the inhabitants with artefacts spanning thousands of years. I was totally amazed by the variety and attention to putting these artefacts as commentary of lives within this area. The museum was free but please make a donation to keep it alive. ...

Un vero gioiello che non ti aspetti in un bel pomeriggio di tarda primavera. A due passi da Tollo, ricca di vitigni di pregio, un Castello medievale perfettamente ben conservato e curato nei dettagli. Sicuramente non teme confronti con i più ben noti Castelli delle Langhe come quello di Grinzane Cavour oppure Castel Barolo! Alla sommità del delizioso paesino di Crecchio e circondato da una ricca vegetazione che si può apprezzare dalla sommità di una delle torri del Castello la vista si estende a perdita d'occhio dai monti fino al mar Adriatico in un tripudio di colori e profumi.
