We visited this beach in mid July, we picked it for our first day. We spent 5 days in Trapani and this beach was by far the worst from all the beaches we went to. It was super dirty, plastic bags and cigarette butts everywhere. I'm not going to talk much about algae, because it's the season, so we understand that it was also super dirty from that. But the trash was just horrible. So maybe if you visit sooner or later than we did, you might not be that disappointed, but we just had a horrible experience. Also Trapani overall is very dirty city and we wouldn't want...

Amazing beach not far from the city centre, cristal clear water, it's a free beach but if you need umbrella and sunbed you can pay for them, 5€ for a sunbed. Lots of little cafes if you are hungry or thirsty(typical Sicilian food) or if you need a shower(they charge for that) . There are lifeguards, it gets a bit crowded at the weekend but again amazing sea. The ONLY downside is that there are no fountains to clean up from the sand when you leave but I understand this might be due to water shortages and dry weather. Anyway this beach is a MUST if you are in...

A beautiful sandy beach, with turquoise and crystal water. the problem is the cleanliness - garbage everywhere. Literally butts, napkins, human scraps everywhere. It was quite windy and we had to hug our umbrella to keep it from flying away. Entrance in the sea is smooth but full of seaweed. There is also a paid beach which costs 30€ for two people and an umbrella.

The beach is nice with amazing crystal clear water especially with south and north east wind. The idea to have 1/3 free beach, 1/3 private with lido & restaurants and 1/3 for kitesurfing really make the place ideal for everybody! The surrounding could be nicer (there are several buildings) or at least some more "green areas" should be added.
