Splash Parco Acquatico — Attraction in Gallipoli

We booked tickets 5 Days ago on their own website (wich moved you automaticly to vivaticket). The weather was just perfect. As we arrived the whole parkingplace was kinda empty. A lady wich is working for the park (as we found out after 5min) asked us what we were doing here.

We said we want to go to the park we have booked our tickets on the official website. She said to us the park is closed since yesterday because the season has ended. She called her boss wich came to us a few mimutes after.

He said the park is closed because of the weather. (Yep fully understandable when the weather is about 30 degrees and sunny without any clouds! SARCASM ON!) Then he told us its not his problem when we are booking tickets and not checking the website every day cause since yesterday there is a calendar on the website wich says that the park is closed from now. He told us that ist not his problem when we are so dumb am book tickets this early.

For sure we asked for our money back. But he told us that thats not his fault. Its the fault of Vivaticket because we booked there. (By the way: THE ONLY WAY TO BOOK THEM IS VIVATICKET.) But we were not going without the money. Finally he want to give us the money back but we have to thank him because thats the normal way and hes our hero now!

But we were not alone we met some guys wich drove like five hours wich had the same issues. They saw that the park is open via GoogleLive. The only thing the boss had to say was: "We dont have the possibilitys to change anything in Google!" but thats a Lie. You can change your Status and opening times!

After 30min of discuss we finally heading of with our money. Do not book anything there! You might get scammed! Now were driving to Garisiland wich looks even nicer!

UPDATE 11:03: NOW THEY CHANGED THEIR STATUS ON "CLOSED". I TOUGHT ITS NOT...

Più che un tre sarebbe un 2,5 il voto ma non potendolo dare, ho preferito mettere 3 anziché 2. Da dove partiamo??? Dall'ingresso che è stata la cosa più sopportabile. Oggi, martedì 4 luglio, ci mettiamo in fila per il biglietto. Peccato che la fila fosse lunghissima già alle 10.05 (il parco apre alle 10.00) e sotto il sole che a quell'ora faceva già schizzare il termometro a quasi 30 gradi (29 per essere pignoli, visto che nelle vostre risposte lo siete) ci troviamo con altre famiglie con bambini piccoli e soprattutto donne incinte ad aspettare il nostro turno. Naturalmente le casse aperte erano...UNA! Pazzesco...solo dopo quasi 15 minuti a qualcuno è venuto in mente di aprire anche la seconda. Qui un applauso ci sta di dovere.

Punto due...la piscina dei piccoli (visto che noi ne abbiamo uno di 2 anni ci siamo accampati lì). 8€ euro per un ombrellone e due lettini? Buon prezzo, ci sta. Aprirli da soli perché dopo 5 minuti di bagnini non c'è l'ombra? Questo non va. Una volta aperti arriva (urrà) e con voce da appena svegliato farfuglia un "torno tra un po per i soldi". Altra mezz'ora e vabbè tanto prima o poi bisognava pur pagare. E invece no!!! Non tutti pagano. Turisti e stranieri sì, persone del posto che si lamentano con il bagnino/cassiere nel dialetto del posto non devono pagare perché hanno già pagato il biglietto ed infatti nel loro ombrellone il ticket del pagamento non ci sta.

Ma sempre il bagnino/cassiere (che poi il brevetto di bagnino ce l'avrà veramente???) con grande fare e maestria abbandona spesso il suo posto per andare al bar, al bagno, a chiacchierare (sempre con le persone menzionate sopra) fregandosene della piscina dei piccoli con tanto di scivolo. Per fortuna ci siamo noi genitori che vigiliamo attentamente...ci dovreste fare lo sconto...altro che biglietto intero 😂😂😂😂 Per non parlare degli adolescemi (non adolescenti) che si mettono a fare schiamazzi (sempre nella piscina dei piccoli) e ridendo e scherzando si dicono che stanno urinando nella suddetta piscina (io un bicchiere d'acqua al bagnino che era lì che li guardava glielo avrei offerto volentieri).

Parliamo della pausa pranzo e per questo gli scivoli sono chiusi??? Di parchi ne ho visti e non pochi ma in nessuno ho mai visto la pausa pranzo (Ve lo immaginate il blu tornado a Gardaland? O un qualsiasi scivolo al Caneva? "Scusate chiudiamo per la pausa pranzo" 😂😂😂😂 Che poi nelle risposte alle varie recensioni e sui cartelloni dite mezz'ora ma se chiedi al personale ti dicono circa 45 minuti, a volte un'ora. E cronometro alla mano, lo scivolo di cui parlerò tra poco è stato chiuso 55 minuti.

E anche sugli scivoli altro tasto dolente. Scivolo carino con i gommoni..mia figlia di 13 anni, essendo magra non raggiunge i 50 kg anche se è alta 165 cm quindi gli è stato negato lo scivolo. Ma subito dopo un piccoletto, quasi la metà di lei in tutto, sale sul gommone, esclamazione d'intesa (non so come definirla, non avevo il traduttore) con il "bagnino" e poi giù più veloce della luce dallo scivolo dove devi essere almeno 50kg!

Ore 16.00 il clou...anche se a velocità bassa, cosa ci fa un'autovettura all'interno del parco? Per di più passata dove c'è la piscina dei bimbi...ma siamo seri? Che se per caso un bambino sbuca di corsa rischia di investirlo???Da denuncia!

Qualche cosa di carino c'è però...tranquilli... Le piscine con acqua pulita (naturalmente prima che adolescemi ci urinino dentro) Buon cibo con panini imbottiti all'inverosimile che se li prendi in qualsiasi paninoteca fuori ti costerebbero qualche euro in più. Carina anche Fabilandia anche se ancora chiusa (non so i vostri orari per le attrazioni) Ottimo anche il discorso che puoi entrare gratis una seconda volta entro 6 giorni .

Per qualsiasi info, visto che risponderete a questa recensioni, se volete aggiungere anche la vostra email, sarò ben lieto di mandarvi tutte le prove...

den wasserpark verlässt man mit gemischten gefühlen. insgesamt ist das angebot nicht schlecht und insbesondere die gastronomie ist für so ein etablissement überdurchschnittlich bei moderaten preisen.

weniger gut ist, dass man für alle liegemöglichkeiten extra zahlen muss. wenn auch nicht viel, so empfinden wir das als eher ungerechtfertigt.

die atmosphäre ist typisch italienisch. laut und an manchen orten hektisch. kann man mögen oder aber hassen. den park dafür zu kritisieren fände ich aber nicht angemessen. etwas anderes kann man sich fast nicht erwarten.

die badekappenpflicht nervt, ist aber in italien leider überall pflicht. der grund soll offensichtlich hygienischer natur sein, liegt aber wohl eher an den veralteten filteranlagen, die mit den haaren nicht klar kommen.

die rutschen machen spass, sind aber oft sehr langsam und vor allem in den meisten fällen veraltet. generell wirkt die anlage etwas in die jahre gekommen.

der grösste kritikpunkt ist für uns die altersregelung und der umgang der bademeiste-aushilfen reim erzwingen der oftmals nicht klaren regeln. beim eintritt bezahlt man ab 1.30 meter den vollen preis, bei den rutschen gelten dann aber altersbeschränkungen, die auch nicht überall angegeben sind und viele 6-9 jährige vom vollen spass ausschliessen. erst der „bademeister“ klärt dann oben an der rutsche auf und schickt kind samt eltern wieder runter. die altersbeschränkungen sind dabei nicht wirklich immer nachvollziehbar. völlig harmlose rutschen werden für 12 jährige eingestuft, die alten, sehr steilen und auch schmerzhaften rutschen ab 10. wo ist da die logik? zu zweit rutschen geht grundsätzlich auf keiner rutsche, auch nicht auf den kleinsten und einfachsten.

das schlimmste dabei sind die aushilfs-bademeister. ferialjobber im teenie alter, die sich mit ihren pfeiffen wichtiger nehmen als sie sind, im notfall aber mit taucherbrille einen bauchklatscher ins wasser machen. so beim twister beobachtet. nicht sehr vertauenserweckend und fast schon komikhaft. jede schief angezogene badekappe oder harmloser „verstoss“ wird wie von verkehrspolizisten für alle anwesenden nervenaufreibend mit einem schrillen pfiff, zwei oder drei angeprangert. das ginge auch subtiler.

insgesamt kann ich dennoch nicht behaupten, dass es keinen spass gemacht hat. wir haben unseren 7-jährigen, grossen und sportlichen jungen einfach als 11 oder 12-jährigen ausgegeben, nachdem wir uns zunächst dumm gestellt und kein italienisch gesprochen haben. wir wurden bis zuletzt schief angeschaut, aber man liess uns schlussendlich doch gewähren. anderen familien mit kindern unter 10 aber grösser als 1.30 meter können wir den wasserpark nicht empfehlen, wenn sie nicht bereit sind, etwas dreistigkeit an den tag zu legen oder die kinder sich praktisch mit ausnahme der blauen wellenrutsche mit babyrutschen begnügen.

noch eine kleinigkeit zum schluss. die rutschen schliessen von 13.00 bis 13.30 für eine halbstündige mittagspause. das ist, wie der rest des parks nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäss, aber eben auch sehr typisch...
