So peaceful place! A true beauty of nature! A lovely waterfall, hidden in the hill, some 5-10 min of walking from the road and city. The surrounding nature is beautiful and it's a real hidden jewl of the area! Not so fameous and crowded so during the spring/summer warm days, a nice place to go and refresh yourself by even taking a bath in the little lake that is created at the bottom of the waterfall! the place is unbeleivabel the only problem is that the road to get above to the waterfall was distroyed becuse of the heavy rains and they locked they road i hope that they repair the road soon but the only way to get above is following the waterfall to get above its challenging you may need to wet your self and you will need your hand to climd some rocks but itsnt impossible and...

Un vero peccato non sia più visitabile da vicino, ma solo dal belvedere.abbiamo molte cose belle in valsassina, ma la cascata della Troggia è di notevole importanza e bellezza, nominata anche nel Codice Atlantico, non potere viverla è una di quelle solite cose all'italiana, non poter godere delle cose belle che la natura ci da è un vero peccato. Posso capire che il terreno sia frenato e andrebbe messo in sicurezza e costa... Mi chiedo quanto sia giusto privarsi di uno spettacolo del genere, che potrebbe attirare ulteriore turismo (siamo nell'era dei social) e/o magari far pagare un biglietto per visitarla con un percorso dedicato e sicuro come all'Orrido di Bellano. Anche se non sono così certo che non ci sia pericolo frana alla Valle dei Mulini, o in qualsiasi altro percorso o sentiero in Valsassina. Ogni tanto mi chiedo, come si fa?! Basterebbe un progetto serio e sensato! Se studiato bene, i soldi rientrano, e anche il commercio...
