Bathing establishment the Bay Beach — Attraction in Ladispoli

Ladispoli has plenty of establishments where you can relax and enjoy the beach paying a fair price if you're are lucky enough.

Some offer a mixed atmosphere, where singles and families can share the space in relative harmony. Others are just noisy and chaotic, ideal for the ones who love laud atmospheres and movement.

Now, if what you are looking for is a quiet place, not having to carry your own umbrella, and spend calm and refreshing swim time then "La Baia" is worth to visit.

The Bay ("La baia") is another story, starting for their clean and clear sand colour and peaceful sight, this place glares full of life and promises a relaxing time.

It is perfect for families with small kids, it has a playground, a restaurant and even if occasionally full and busy, you still don't feel the chaos and noise you would find elsewhere. I wouldn't go on Saturday or Sunday though as those are the busiest days.

In "La Baia" you can enjoy the calm waters of the bay or enjoy getting roasted in the sand looking for the perfect tan in a quiet environment, no loud music, no random volleyball balls flying around. Just you, the sea, and the almost unnoticeable guests of The Bay.

Does it worth to pay the entrance? If what you want is a place where you can enjoy the beach in peace alone or with your family I would dare to stay... Yes, definitively!

The down side might be the staff, do not expect a çheerful staff, and all will be fine. There is no service culture on "La Baia" maybe that is the reason I have read complains about them being impolite. But to be fair staff attitude seemed neutral to me.

If what you love is noise, loud music and chaos, look elsewhere.

I have not tried the food, so won't comment on that. You can take your own food, is allowed.

Ha solo un difetto: l'inverno è chiuso. A misura di famiglia con una gestione improntata a far star bene tutti dai più piccoli ai più grandi. Dotato di uno spazio giochi per i bambini, quest'anno ho visto che stavano allestendo il campo da calcetto. Due ampi spazi coperti dove poter mangiare e il bar dove servono un caffè veramente ottimo. A parte la bellezza del posto, la cura e la pulizia i veri punti di forza sono la cordialità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff. Ci torniamo oramai da cinque anni e fin dal primo ci siamo sentiti accolti e coccolati, tanto che i miei figli l'inverno quando vogliono andare al mare spesso chiedono se andiamo da Mauro. In fine la porzione di mare antistante è racchiusa in una piccola baia che lo rende ottimo per i bambini che sono sempre sotto il controllo vigile dei bagnini. Lo stabilimento è in un punto molto bello. Perfetto per i bambini piccoli perché l'acqua è bassa e i bambini sono al sicuro. Ha bagni e docce a pagamento. Il costo di un ombrellone ed un lettino a fine agosto è stato di 17 euro. I lati negativi sono stati la posizione del lettino davanti all'area pranzo, nonostante ci fossero molti ombrelloni vuoti ci hanno messo in un punto di passaggio e con molta confusione. Il pranzo è di 6 euro le paste decongelate e 10 euro le insalate, non merita affatto, tempi troppo lunghi e scarsa qualità dei prodotti. Hanno i giochi per i bambini che sono apprezzati e la grandezza rende il tutto molto tranquillo per loro e piacevole. Nel complesso è bello, ma da migliorare.
