We had a wonderful time visiting this family run winery. Vineyard is not on premise however, the family is happy to open their home and host you for a tasting of their wine, which is truly a passion project of the family patriarch. This was a very wholesome experience. Don’t be fooled by the home frontage. Walk down the stairs and say hello to whom ever is at the desk. The older gentleman openly said he didn’t understand English and we waited for the son to come and have a chat. Degustazione di vini fantastica con i proprietari di Aitalia! Una coppia, Rocco e Rita, simpaticissimi e super accoglienti!! Sul sito c'è scritto 1h di degustazione; noi siamo rimasti ospiti a casa loro per 3 ore e mezza dalle 16.50 alle 20.30. Visto che eravamo in due coppie a fare una degustazione ha aperto 4 bottiglie diverse (invece che le tre promesse al momento della prenotazione) e una volta aperte le bottiglie le ha lasciate li aperte se volessimo riassaggiare qualcosa. Abbiamo passato oltre 3 ore a parlare di vino, della loro cantina ma anche di altre tante cose interessantissime e divertenti. Con noi si sono anche aperti molto, e li ringraziamo per questo.
