Read moreWent here today with my husband. The overall experience was fine. We however received shocking customer service from the Adidas store representative. It was a female with long dark hair, there was no name was on the receipt. We found a few items and then went to pay, the female cashier spoke to us in Italian, I said hello (in my limited Italian) but then kindly asked her what she said, she spoke back in perfect English but replied very rudely - like she was doing us a favour by servicing us. I ignored her attitude and she cared on acting annoyed with me for absolutely no reason. I stepped away and my husband took over. When she finished and we had paid she physically shoved the bag at my husband and throw the receipt at him and walked off, in a rush. I looked back at her and she was doing absolutely nothing just fumbling with some clothes acting busy. The whole thing was so odd and the lack of respect for her job was shocking.
I don’t know what her problem was or if she had a bad day but she should not put that on paying customers. I myself have worked in customer service in the past and would not dream of acting in that unprofessional manner. She needs some serious training in basic customer service etiquette or maybe work in the stock room; away from customers. Shameful and a...

When I arrived at the place where the bus was stopped, the driver was late and after 20 minutes past the scheduled time he appeared and unlocked the bus and there was a boy inside who was also waiting to go to the scalo.
At the Outlet, the prices were too high and did not match the "Outlet" name, and at some sneaker stores, the quality was so bad that the sneakers looked fake.
On the way back, the driver stopped somewhere and started SCREAMING at me in Italian out of nowhere! I was very embarrassed and without reaction because I did not expect this attitude from a old people! I didn't understand anything he was saying, because I don't speak Italian. He walked up to me and continued to scream. The boy who was on the bus also didn't understand anything. Tired of screaming, he got back in his seat and continued to drive. When I looked at the map, I had passed the point where I would be and I asked him to open the door and once again he started screaming at me and when I was going to get out of the bus, he closed the door on me, which even hurt my arms and turned purple! Later I understood that he wanted me to get off at the same stop as I got on the bus, but that doesn't justify yelling at someone if they don't speak the same language as you! I felt really bad, especially since it was the first time I went to Italy to visit and do shopping. I went to spend my money and got this kind of treatment! Drivers are very poorly trained and I had a bad impression of Italy with thick, and super rude people! Drivers should be friendly and help people, not the other way...
