Boscoincittà — Attraction in Milan

Boscoincittà is a beautiful large park and a small forested area right in the city of Milan. It is located towards the west side of the city. It is the lung of Milan. One can idle the time sitting next to a lake which was in the centre of the wooded area. But being within the city the mouse of the loud city traffic does come from time to time. The best spot I liked was sitting on a semicircular bench next to the lake. It was fall season when I visited this place. Its a big park where you can grill on summer days. Must prenotate 1 month before so you can have a place. It’s limited spot. They only have 15 spot to grill and for tables. Time for grilling morning up to afternoon towards 8/9 am up to 4/5 pm I don’t remember exactly . We’ve had a great birthday celebration here. It was pity cause this place must be cure for everything we do but some people leave their trash everywhere. I hope the the government can do something on it. A great place to spend the weekend with friends and family. A large park inside the city limits, and the nature is maintained very well. You can book barbecue grills from Monday to Friday. Although, you can go directly on weekends and if lucky, find and use a free grill after getting permission from the caretaker. Highly recommended for a peaceful time with family...
