Giovedì 27 luglio pranzo ore 13,30 prenotato da 2 coppie sessantenni: stabilimento e spiaggia nulla da dire, bello e curato. Mi rivolgo alla receptionist per prendere posto al nostro tavolo prenotato prima fila fronte mare. La receptionist viene redarguita animatamente da una , credo, capo cameriera , rimproverandole disservizi. Le due addette mi abbandonano per qualche minuto e poi tornando mi assegnano il tavolo sbagliato. Vedo però mio cognato al tavolo giusto e lo raggiungo senza fare commenti. Fra le ordinazioni chiediamo 2 friuti misti di cui il secondo , portato in ritardo, era la metà dell'altro e privo di gamberi e verdure come indicato sul menù. Su mio giustificato reclamo alla stessa cameriera "redarguitrice" mi dice seccamente " non si preoccupi le porto i gamberi mancanti " che poi arrivano. No, non mi preoccupo per me che andrò in uno degli altri ristoranti, ma mi preoccupo per il titolare che forse deve rivedere la qualità professionale di questa persona .
