Lovely cove with warm sea water to swim in. We went mid August around 2pm. Was very hot (34 degrees), the best way to cool off from the heat is to get into the shallow waters.
It was crowded but not extremely as I expected it after reading all the reviews and going peak season.
There is no sand, all rocks leading to the water. You can leave your belongings on the side. If you want a bathing spot, then go bit earlier. Also walking into the water includes small rocks and few steps.
