Mont Blanc Adventure Park — Attraction in Pré-Saint-Didier

Very bad service. We came all the way 60km of drive in mid day. Without booking we asked gently. He told us that at the moment its full and we cannot be assisted properly. We were told that his group had minimum of 3 hrs. Its better to come after 4pm and any way we are open till 8pm so dont worry he stated. We asked if we need to book and he said no, so we decided to go and do something else and return after.

We came at 5pm and they were very arrogant. We are full for all they and they left us hand in hand. You cannot treat customers like that after all we tried to book for later. Pitty such...

Grande divertimento in tutta sicurezza. Location spettacolare in mezzo al bosco. Attenzione terreno accidentato poco adatto a persone con disabilità o a semplici passeggini. Per il resto posto assolutamente consigliato. Io e mia figlia di 6 anni abbiamo potuto fare i primi 2 percorsi di questo parco. I percorsi infatti vengono resi disponibili in base all'altezza degli utenti e per i bimbi si parte da un'altezza minima di 120 cm. Finito il briefing iniziale su come svolgere i percorsi e attaccare i vari moschettoni e carrucola si parte per i percorsi azzurro e viola. Il primo non particolarmente difficile ma abbastanza lungo, quel che serve per impratichirsi con i moschettoni e i vari passaggi in modo divertente e non troppo adrenalinico... il punto più alto sarà a 2 metri da terra.. nel secondo percorso le cose iniziano a farsi più interessanti con alcuni passaggi decisamente più avventurosi e molte carrucole in più.. il percorso è però abbastanza breve... per fare entrambi i percorsi avremo impiegato una 40ina di minuti facendo tutto con calma e speso 15 euro a testa. Per noi un prezzo adeguato per una bella esperienza. Personale giovane e preparato molto cordiale e disponibile. Preciso che i ragazzi dello staff imbragano e preparano tutti ma poi lasciano fare i percorsi in autonomia anche ai...

Real fun for the whole family. We followed the standard route with five trails: blue, green, yellow, orange, and purple, just in time before the rain. A pleasant experience even for beginners. Parking was a challenge (since the place was full), but we managed.
