Very strange and racist. Three employees were busy on their own behind the counter from when I first entered the store until I stood in front of them to pay for an item. Fair. And then one of them gave an annoyed look when I didn't grasp their explanation about the membership. After paying, another employee brought the bag to me (which they often do at higher-end brand stores) so I thought 'oh how nice' and there she goes putting the bag on the floor for me to pick it up from the floor. WHAT WAS THAT??? NEVER EVER SEEN SUCH THING EVER AT ANY STORE. I still cannot understand the behavior....
