Lido Onda Marina — Attraction in Scilla

We spent a day here at this beach club as a day trip from Reggio Calabria. We paid €25 for two sun beds and one umbrella on the first row which means closest to the water. The second and third row were about €18-€15. This is in July so I imagine it’s cheaper after August! It was pretty windy but nonetheless very nice. It wasn’t crowded at all and the water was incredibly clear and blue. Beverages and snacks are very cheap as well! There’s a shower and the toilets are pretty clean as well since...

Heavenly small beach with crystal clear turquoise waters. Swim towards the cliff to the west and look for the tiny rocky bays beyond the sandy shore. Embrace the view of the smoking Stromboli volcano on the south and the tiny town of Scilla, which looks as if the houses were sprinkled onto the cliff beside the castle. Attenti a voi che entrate... qui regna LA SCOSTUMATEZZA FATTA IN CARNE. Premetto che è uno dei pochi lidi più economici 15€ ombrellone e 2 lettini MA dalla 4 fila in poi se sono liberi. Quello che si occupa di assegnarti l'ombrellone (un signore pelato) non ti guarda in manco se sei Belen, una maleducazione e prepotenza tanto da essere incoronato come divinità. Gli unici che si salvano in questo Lido sono la signorina al bar e un ragazzo molto gentili e umani che ti guardano in faccia mentre parli, non come il Dio che urla, ti tratta peggio della matrigna di cenerentola. Purtroppo abbiamo.trovato il brutto tempo e abbiamo usufruito del lido solo per 4 ore, poi mentre tempestava la pioggia, hanno chiuso gli ombrelloni, ci hanno "cacciato" e urlava "TUTTI A CASA" e se ne sono andati.. come minimo un caffè poteva offrirlo al posto di un minimo di rimborso... MAI PIÙ..MANCO SE FOSSE L'UNICO LIDO DI SCILLA!!!...
