A must-visit hidden gem on Mottarone!

Queues are very manageable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is clean, well-organised, and great for families.

L’attrazione è bellina, singolare e quasi unica perché in realtà ne esistono diverse nel nord Italia.

Carina perché non vale secondo me 13 euro per andare apposta sul Mottarone per Alpyland. Mi spiego: se siete amanti di guida e avete una buona auto o moto, data la strada tutta curve per arrivare su può avere un senso (occhio ai ciclisti), se siete amanti dei panorami può avere un senso perché in vetta c’è una bella vista, se siete sportivi farà al caso vostro, se invece vi troverete ad essere già dubbiosi da casa e dovrete guidare un po’ per arrivarci pensando che sia chissà quale attrazione e andando lì apposta, io vi direi di evitarla. Parere mio, sia chiaro. Per arrivare all’ attrazione infatti dovrete guidare fino al parcheggio quasi in vetta ( sotto vi spiego le due possibilità per arrivare in auto) da cui poi, a piedi prendere una salita molto ripida perciò evitate sandalini o scarpe tragiche perché soprattutto per il ritorno, a meno che siate dei nepalesi che fanno gli 8000, vi arroccherete per tornare giù. Quindi occhio. Pensatela bene sull’outfit e non pensate solo a instragram.

Venendo all’ attrazione: dura pochissimo la discesa se fatta forte, è bella si, ma in due volano via 13 euro che insomma per un minuto di bob per me è uno sni. Del panorama in realtà si vede poco se sei preso a farla forte, te lo godi molto di più dal bar. I bob sono a due posti, a discrezione vostra se andar soli o in coppia. I freni vanno benissimo, tendenzialmente chi è davanti può patire e / o divertirsi addirittura di più di chi è dietro che “governa”. Adattissimo per i più piccoli, questo si. I bimbi si scassano.

Percorso in auto. Due strade: La prima è una strada privata a PAGAMENTO che mi fa scassare questa notizia solo a scrivere, sono 10 euro ad auto e la potrete prendere da Stresa si chiama “strada Borromea”. Consiglio: evitatela a meno che siate obbligati. In alternativa c’è la ottima strada provinciale che si prende partendo da Armeno, dove si trova un baretto all’angolo. Quest’ultima è gratuita.

Concludo dicendo che sia più un’ esperienza acchiappa turisti che un “wow esperienza della vita super fenomenale non me la scorderò mai”.

Vi super consiglio invece, il bar accanto. Stra simpatici i proprietari, e buoni...
