Lido am Kalterer See — Attraction in Überetsch-Unterland - Oltradige-Bassa Atesina

It's a beautiful place...but you cannot relax. Its Impossible because of the loud kids playing next to the staircase with their footballs... We looked for shade but the space under trees was jam packed..all booked full of people .

So we had to lay our towels down next to the stair case area...to avoid the burning sun .

I was hit by a football twice!!!??!!!?I saw many others who got hit by the ball...

No one is there to tell the kids they should be careful .They should create a separate area for ball games.It should not be allowed where ppl are relaxing . We are all paying guests and we come to the lake to relax...and I appreciate a play area...but the shaded area next to the bathroom should not be a ball playing area.

The lake is serene and you cannot enjoy it with so much background noise. You cannot even read a book it's soooo loud. You cannot concentrate... Let alone sleep for a short while in fear a ball might hit any moment...

If they could fix this problem. It is a beautiful place...

We had a lovely swim here after tasting a few local wines. We arrived at 1600 as lots of people were leaving so it was quieter and less children. We noticed if you came after 1700 the price was only €4.50. Parking was very easy and if you pay for the Lido the parking is free. Sadly we did not see that before we paid at the ticket machine and walked down to the ticket office.

They had a card machine but we did have to ask for it and it was under the counter. It was €10 each to swim.

The water is beautifully warm and clear. The toilet areas were clean and ready to use. Stunning views and great way to spend an early evening. Paying is worth being able to shower after as it does smell of lake when...

Esperienza Deludente al Lido Comunale di Caldaro

La mia recente visita al Lido Comunale di Caldaro si è rivelata un'esperienza estremamente deludente. Avevamo deciso di trascorrere una giornata in famiglia in questa struttura, ma ciò che doveva essere un momento di relax si è trasformato in una grande frustrazione.

Dopo aver pagato l'ingresso, mi è stato comunicato che non era consentito introdurre il mio SUP e il windsurf all'interno del lido. Questa informazione ci è stata fornita solo dopo aver completato il pagamento, il che ha reso la situazione ancora più irritante. Sarebbe stato utile se tali restrizioni fossero state chiaramente indicate all'ingresso o sul sito web del lido.

Inoltre, avevamo già mangiato presso il loro ristorante, sperando di trascorrere una giornata piacevole e rilassante. Purtroppo, l'incomprensibile rigidità del regolamento e la totale mancanza di flessibilità del personale hanno rovinato completamente la nostra giornata. Invece di godersi il tempo in acqua e divertirsi, siamo stati costretti a lasciare il lido e cercare un'altra soluzione per non deludere i bambini.

Per fortuna, gli esercizi vicini al Lido Comunale di Caldaro offrono una maggiore attenzione per gli sport acquatici, garantendo un'esperienza molto più piacevole e accogliente per chi desidera praticare attività come il SUP e il windsurf. Questo episodio ha evidenziato una grave mancanza di attenzione alle esigenze dei visitatori e un pessimo servizio clienti da parte del lido. Non consiglierei il Lido Comunale di Caldaro a chiunque desideri praticare sport acquatici, né a chi cerca un ambiente accogliente e...
