The Horacio Pagani Museum (Museo Horacio Pagani) in San Cesario sul Panaro, Italy, is a must-visit for any automotive enthusiast, especially those with a passion for hypercars and engineering marvels. Here's a short review: Pros: Focus on Pagani's Vision: The museum beautifully showcases the journey of Horacio Pagani, from his early inspirations to the creation of the Zonda and Huayra. It's a testament to his passion, dedication, and pursuit of automotive perfection. Up-Close Look at Masterpieces: You get incredibly close to some stunning Pagani models, allowing you to appreciate the intricate details, exquisite craftsmanship, and innovative engineering that goes into each car. Seeing these hypercars in person is truly breathtaking. Insight into the Design Process: The museum offers insights into the design and development process behind Pagani's vehicles, including sketches, models, and explanations of the technologies used. Personal Touch: The museum often feels personal, reflecting Horacio Pagani's story and vision. This adds a unique dimension compared to larger, more corporate automotive museums. Beautiful Location: Situated near the Pagani factory, the museum's location adds to the overall experience. Cons: Relatively Small: Compared to some larger automotive museums, the Pagani museum is relatively small. While this contributes to the intimate feel, it also means the collection is more focused. Price Point: The entrance fee might be considered a bit high by some, but for the experience and exclusivity it offers, many find it worthwhile. Factory Tours (Separate): While the museum is excellent, the Pagani factory tour is a separate experience and requires separate booking. Combining both would create the ultimate Pagani experience, but adds to the cost and requires careful planning. Overall: The Horacio Pagani Museum is a fantastic experience for anyone passionate about automotive design, engineering, and the story of a visionary. While it's a smaller museum, the focus on Pagani's creations and the level of detail presented makes it a truly special visit. If you're a hypercar fan, this is a must-see. Tips: Book tickets in advance, especially if you're planning to visit during peak season. Consider combining your museum visit with a Pagani factory tour for the full experience (book separately). Allow ample time to explore the museum and appreciate the details of the...

First of all Pagani cars are unbelievable works of art. For some people, visiting Sistine chapel is an extraordinary, once-in-a-lifetime experience, for me as a car enthusiast, seeing Pagani cars in person for the first time, was an unforgettable experience (if only I could ever afford one 🥵).

However, it's not only the cars that are great, the museum itself is very thoughtfully made. The audio guide is absolutely free and can be accessed via your phone. Despite the fact that there are less than a dozen cars displayed, if you will read and listen to everything, you can spend about 2 hours there! The design of the building is beautiful, the place is very clean, and personnel is extremely polite and thoughtful. We were traveling with a big suitcase, which was not fitting into the desicated luggage storage, and the guys at the reception kindly put it behind their board. Afterwards, when we were finished, they called a taxi for us, which was very cheap and much more comfortable than the ordinary Modena taxi by which we arrived originally.

With all that said, the price for this museum is less than a Ferrari museum, even though I spent even more time here than in Moranello. My advice is to 100% choose this museum over Ferrari and Lamborghini museums, if you are passing by Modena as me. Also try to call beforehand and book a factory tour, I regret very much that I didn't get a chance to experience it myself, but other reviews say it's...

After visiting both the Lamborghini and Ferrari Museums in Modena, our next stop was the Horacio Pagani Museo—and what a memorable visit it turned out to be!

Right from the start, things were off to a great beginning with free parking directly outside the building. The museum exterior is sleek and impressive, setting the tone for what’s inside.

I visited with my 5-year-old son, a budding car enthusiast, and our experience was made truly special thanks to Yuliya, a warm and friendly staff member who greeted us upon entry. She immediately engaged with my son in a playful and personal way, which made him feel incredibly welcome and excited. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile with young visitors, and Yuliya’s attention really stood out.

While a few other staff members seemed preoccupied with their phones—which did slightly detract from the overall atmosphere—Yuliya’s professionalism and enthusiasm more than made up for it.

The museum houses 8 stunning hypercars, all displayed in a single room. While the space felt a bit cramped, the cars themselves are absolutely breathtaking and well worth the visit.

Before we left, we stopped by the gift shop and picked up a few Pagani toys for my son, and once again Yuliya was happy to help and engage with him.

All in all, the Pagani Museum is a must-visit for anyone in or near Modena, especially if you’re traveling with young car fans. Thank you, Yuliya, for making our visit...

Pagani’s growth from „nowhere“ a start up to one of the automotive industry's supercar builders is almost entirely down to the success of the owner Horacio, and his ambition his dream to build this one model: the Zonda. Growing up in Argentina and dreaming of being a world famous designer couldnt be more challenging…. Founder Horatio Pagani, made it to Italy, emigration wasn’t any easier back then. Started at Lamborghini engineer and saw a market demand others couldn’t picture. Today he is one of the fathers of carbonfibre composites. Oh and along the way he fullfilled his dream: defied the odds to create one of the most beguiling supercars ever – and built a modern day supercar dynasty on its back. The museum is a huge, inspirational source. Sketches, drawings, dating back over a 30 year period showing this persons tenacity and what it takes to succeed. A great place to visit, especially if you’re fed up with the instant gratification mentality. Persistence, tenacity , and full confidence in one’s own abilities. Excellent place to visit.
