Terme di Saturnia — Attraction in Unione di Comuni Montani Colline del Fiora

Absolutely stunning! A must visit place if you’re in the area, or a worthy detour if you’re not.

Parking is a little further up the road and cost ~10€ for 4 hours of parking. The signs say that you can use the EasyPark app however I had some trouble with the app not recognising the parking lot. The meters were in Italian but still fairly straight forward to use.

The falls are free to access, and you can hire lockers, use the showers/toilets, and grab something to eat or drink at the kiosk - small fees included here.

The falls are absolutely stunning! If you’re open to a bit of a walk, you can get to the bottom of the falls using the stairs located in the seating area of the kiosk, otherwise you can head down the ramp to the thermal falls and explore / climb.

The water was warm but not overly hot in the summer (visiting in mid August).

It’s a good idea to wear footwear in the water if you don’t enjoy walking on pebbles and good to get there early if you want...

There is something unique about sitting in a hot spring that has been used by people for thousands of years. It's all free, anything goes. You can climb from one level to another, sit under the falls that are what a jacuzzi us falling short of trying to replucate, or just lie in the 99.5 degree bright aqua water along with people of all ages along with their dogs. Many people bring picnics and there is a food bar. The parking lot is a little far off and the parking meters don't like the heat, and the road to get there is meandering and not always well maintained. May be hard to get to if you don't have a car.
