11月の週末にホテルから近い場所にあったのでなんとなく行ってみたところかなりの暴爆で落差30mの滝で乙女滝という名前に相応しくない滝でした。滝つぼに近づくと、豪快な水しぶきとともにマイナスイオンをたっぷりと体感することができるスポットです。さらに歩くと、ダイナミックに2段落ちする渓谷一のみどころ「王滝」、幾重にも滝が重なり、紅葉の季節がとくに美しい「おしどり隠しの滝」といった大小の滝や、冬は氷瀑観賞スポットとして人気を集める屏風岩、長さ40ｍにわたる一枚岩の川底など、ダイナミックな景観が次々と現れます。遊歩道から渓流へ下ることができるポイントも数カ所あるので、足元に注意して流れに近づいてみるのもおすすめです。それとインバウンド効果なのでしょう。日本人より外国の方がほとんどです。
