Tateshina Park Hotel — Hotel in Chino

As someone who's always inspired by the excitement of exploring new places, I never imagined that my journey to Tateshina would unfold into such a fascinating and enchanting experience: a spontaneous day trip to the hot springs of this charming little hotel.

Using my phone, I scrolled through options for day-use hot springs and landed on this hotel as the closest one. The first sight of its exterior was like stepping into a different dimension, a pool that seemed frozen in time, surrounded by darkness, creating an atmosphere of an abandoned haunted mansion.

Initially, I was uncertain about this hotel. However, a comforting phone talk with the staff, their warm and polite tones, reassured me and encouraged me to go ahead with my visit. The entrance to the hotel turned out to be a bit of a puzzle, tucked away on the opposite side with a rather unconventional layout that faced the rear toward the access road.

Stepping inside the hotel, the dimly lit space revealed a reception desk bathed in the soft glow of a computer monitor. A friendly older staff member promptly attended to me, radiating a welcoming aura and a level of cleanliness that stood out amidst the hotel's peculiar vibe.

But what awaited beyond was a hot spring experience that exceeded all expectations. Despite the eerie appearance from the outside, the staff's meticulous attention to detail made this hot spring unquestionably the cleanest and most beautiful spot in Tateshina.

Inside the bathhouse, there wasn't a single fingerprint or a piece of litter in sight – a true testament to the hard work of the cleaning staff. The visible signs of aging on the hotel's exterior, with cracked walls and damaged glass, hinted at financial challenges. Yet, the determination to maintain an immaculate interior under such circumstances felt almost like a small miracle.

Despite the different impressions from the hotel's appearance, the hot spring within is an absolute GEM worth experiencing! 1月18日的近郊游一共8个人在那里住了一夜。由于我们对防滑轮胎的不熟悉，导致了被日本的某租车公司欺骗，在没有使用繁华轮胎的情况下就把车开到了长野的山路上，在距离酒店还有3千米的地方的一处比较陡的山路上发生了轮胎打滑，车的后轮差点滑倒了山崖下面。虽然有路过的当地人和当地的道路管路人员帮助我们把车移到了比较平坦的地方，在我们不知道接下来该怎么办的时候，这时我们联系到了蓼科公园酒店的工作人员，他们不仅马上派车来接我们到酒店入住，并且协助我们买到了价格实惠的轮胎防滑链。而且还在我们跟租车公司进行交涉的过程中给我们各种建议。整个下午都在协助我们处理这件事情。真的是太辛苦了。酒店坐落在美丽的雪景城市中，早晚饭也非常的好吃。不仅有露天温泉，还有免费的小型按摩器，让我们享受到了愉快的假期。酒店的工作在我们拖车到安全地带无法赶回酒店吃晚餐的情况下，不仅主动延长晚饭的供应时间，还让我们更开心的享受这次假期免费让我们在酒店使用乒乓球和卡拉OK。虽然这次的近郊游由于租车公司的失误差点让我们发生大型交通事故，但是蓼科公园酒店的工作人员特别是酒店经理无微不至的服务让我们享受到了最棒的旅行。 蓼科パークホテルの皆様、ありがとうございました！ ドライブ旅行1月18日(土)一泊8名の利用でした。 某レンタカー加盟店に騙され、大雪にもかかわらず、スタッドレスタイヤを装着せずに長野 県の山道を走っていて、ホテルまで３ｋｍ位離れる急な登坂で立往生してしまい、後輪の横 滑りで崖に陥ろうとしたところでした。通りかかった地元の方々に恵まれ、すぐ近くの安全 な平坦地まで引っ張って頂いたのですが、どうすればいいのか途方に暮れていました。蓼科パークホテル様に連絡を取っていたら、シャトルバスを出して頂いただけではなく、近くからすぐ調達できるタイヤチェンの相見積を電話にて取得・案内して、こちら希望の鉄チェンを販売する店まで送って頂いたり、レンタカー加盟店との交渉中、色々アドバイスを頂いたり、午後16時頃から夕方20時半頃まで、レッカーをホテルから事故現場まで、事故現場から駐車できる公園まで案内して頂きました。 ホテルでは、綺麗な雪国の景色に囲まれながら、夕食・朝食とも美味しく頂いて、露天風呂とその後のマッサジ機も満喫できました。しかも、ホテル側何の落度もないのに、夕食の終了時刻を延長して頂いたり、こちらの機嫌を少しでも直そうとして、無料にて卓球やカラオケを案内してくださいました。トラブルに遭って機嫌が最悪だった私達を救って、最高な旅行を叶えたのは、命の恩人であり、ホテル業界の模範たる蓼科パークホテルでした！本当に...
