Visited on 3rd April 2019. It was just Sakura Matsuri (the cherry blossom festival). There are quite some local cuisine stall during the festival. Like horse meat steak, Sakura manjyu. If the weather allowed, the view of the Sakura flowers and the mountains is beautiful. Great place for hanging for all day. Especially during the festival. BTW, big parking...
