The park is honestly not that amazing if you count that you pay 500yen to enter (which is super expensive for a park in Japan) the only good place is the shrine in the middle of the water. I went there early in the morning, no people and super quite, such a good walk. There is also a lot of abandonned bungalow that make the site very interesting and a bit scary ^^ they were abandonned 8 years ago because of boar ^^ I really liked the walk.

九頭龍神社様のお詣りの仕方と境内の白龍神社様の祈願の仕方お願い事の仕方です。　白い神社の手前にある御神木の周りを入り口の入場券を売っている所で1500円をお支払いして小さい絵馬と大きい絵馬がセットで頒布してますので、大きい方の絵馬にお願い事を書いてその書いた大きい絵馬と何もお願い事を書いていない小さい絵馬の白色の紐を右手でも左手でも良いので合わせて持ち時計と同じ周り方で3回御神木の周りを周り心にお願い事を思い沈黙で周りそのまま白色の神社の前で2拍1礼で、お願い事をしたら、信じる心が強ければ弱くても大丈夫でもこの信じる心は神様仏様にしか、解らない事ですが願いは叶います。叶ったら叶わなくても、翌年にもう一度九頭龍神社様白竜神社様に行き、絵馬を奉納します。

こちらの九頭龍神社では九頭龍大神を祀っています。九頭龍大神はもとは毒龍でしばしば人々を苦しめていました。その様子を見た萬巻上人が調伏の祈祷を行い、毒龍は懺悔して龍神となりました。そして今では縁結び、開運隆盛、金運守護、商売繁盛の神として、人々の信仰を集めています。

また近年では縁結びのご利益が大きいと多数のメディアで取り上げられ女性に大人気で毎月13日の月次祭では大賑わいです。13日は特別な祈祷を受けられますが、13日以外にゆっくりと参拝するのはいかがでしょうか。

九頭龍神社本宮への行き方はとても簡単です。まずは車かバスで「ザ・プリンス箱根芦ノ湖」を目指します。そこで降りたらわきに遊歩道の看板が立っているのでその看板を頼りに道を進んで行きます。だいたい15分位遊歩道を歩いて進んで行きます。こちらの遊歩道は足場も悪くはないので普段の履き慣れた靴で大丈夫です。
