Moomin House — Attraction in Hanno

An absolute must visit if you're a Moomin fan! There's not a lot of English translation, but that was ok for us. There was a lot of merch available at the park that I have not seen elsewhere. My favorite part was Posti where you can buy stationery, get it stamped with the exclusive park stamp, and drop it off in the mailbox. ムーミタロとは皆さんよくご存じのムーミンの物語に出てくる地上3階建ての地下室と屋根裏部屋があるムーミン屋敷のことですが、地下室にはムーミン家の沢山の食料を保管してある貯蔵があり、1階にはキッチンとダイニング、2階にはリビングとムーミンパパ・ムーミンママの部屋、3階にはリトルミイの部屋とムーミンの部屋、屋根裏部屋にはムーミンパパの書斎、地下室には物語の世界と同じく謎の足跡があったり…とまさに物語そのままの世界…各部屋には仲睦まじい家族写真が飾ってあったり、ムーミンパパ、ママの着ている服や2ショット写真を見れたり、各部屋に行くとムーミントロール一家やその仲間たちが実際にいるかのような感覚を味わうことができます。

物語を覚えていなくても、ガイドさんが屋敷内をわかりやすく説明しながら案内してくれるので楽しめますが、再度物語を読んでから訪れればより深く楽しむことが出来ると思います。

ムーミン屋敷に入ることができるなんて、ムーミンファンにとっては夢のようなことですが、大人気なのと1回に20名ほどしか入れないので、事前にオンラインチケットを購入しておくことをお勧めします♬
